Its a very good residential complex away from the busy life of a normal metropolitan city and pollution. Its a modern place of living. I myself live here. Very good managing committee. Consists of 10 blocks, gym, community hall, games room, park, conference room.

This apartment is located in Birati Kalabagan area. Quite a large place, and a safe place surrounded by boundary walls. Quiet, secluded and free from public noise. Main Road M.B. The accommodation is located near the road.There are a total of 10 towers here. Each tower is considered a block. In a lot of English letter L shaped pattern, each flat is located at a certain minimum distance from each other. Each block or tower has G + 4, i.e. 4 storeys. There are 5/6 flats on each floor. Flats are 2BHK or 3BHK. In addition to the emergency stairs, there is a lift. Although there is quite a lack of elevator space. Several of the elevators have assumed dilapidated shape after rust.There is not much space in the whole yard. Adequate car parking. At the entrance, there is ample parking space outside the gate. In addition to the guards to prevent unwanted intruders or salesmen from entering the security office on the right inside the gate at the entrance, additional CCTV management has taken precautionary measures to ensure a well-coordinated safety zone.M.B. 5 minutes by road.
