One of my acquaintance live here.....the complex is really well built and well maintained. Society here is very friendly. Round the security is available. Places like grocery stores, vegetable market, stationary market, etc are within walking distance. A good place to live in.

Its a decent, well managed residential complex with all essential facilities on Main Road.Residents belong to educated upper middle class and maintains decent cultural and other activities.

Very good Society... beautiful landscape with ample space. Good to live.

The Society is very Good and healthy atmosphere.

Its an amazing place to stay with greenery all around. Everything one needs is close by. Starting from convenient shops to stationary shops.

Best housing complex in the area. Facilities, maintenance and security is high class. A complete vegetables, fish and meat market just opposite to the complex. In the vicinity are Blueprint medical shop, all types of grocery shops and sweet shops. Public transports available throughout the day from just a step away from main gate.

This Apartment is so good

Worst location. very congested and dirty. looks like basti area. Roads are horrible.Update after 6 months : The roads are even more horrible now. Dont understand why people will pay a fortune to buy a flat in such a dirty and congested area. Im sure all the good reviews are paid one.

Mediocre apartment complex in Sonarpur. The flat owners association is really crooked and has some meaningless rules that make apartments renting out or selling very difficult.

Communication is not up to the mark. Road safety is poor.

A nice society with gym, indoor games, childrens play area and a pond. This society celebrates festivals together including Durga Puja.
