Seriously I loved this construction.What a nice structure.Good hospitality.Good staffing.Good Security.Efficient power supply.Elevator and garden.Enough space.

Very good place for leaving. all the necessary commodities are just nearby. Communication is excellent, door step Bus, Car, auto is easily available to rest of Kolkata. Madhyagram station is also nearby.Flats are very airy, well ventilated and spacious. The aesthetic view of the building is very nice. One thing which I am not satisfied about this building is build quality and materials which has been used for construction.

Tallest building in Madhyamgram. Easily located in normal traffic conditions. Beautiful Tower.Great importance of This tower is for the City Life Shopping mal situated at the Ground floor. Other floors are basically used for Flat housing.

Aryan Towers is located on Sodepur Road at Madhyamgram, Nth 24 Pgs. It is located opposite to Madhyamgram Municipality & located adjacent to Madhyamgram Chowmatha. It is well connected through road.

Am a flat owner but not residing. my distant experience: society office and the office bearers very responsive and helpful. but the builder natural merchants pvt ltd cheated the customers. i had a very bad experience with them.

Connectivity and location good,having a shopping mall named City Life on the ground floor. There is a diagnostic test centre named Suraksha,having all facilities nearby for daily life

I see severe cracks at the joining of each floor. Day by day these are increasing. Eventually the entire building may collapse one day when we experience an earthquake. The builder may explain the cracks.

The floor above Suraksha and Habibs has remained unoccupied for years!It is extremely unpleasant and disgraceful to see such a huge commercial floor space go to waste (by not being occupied) in a building that is located over the main street.Please advertise that space on paper, if it hasnt been sold yet.

Maintained but building construction material is not good as I have seen cracks in the wall. Lots of space inside and its just opposite of Madhyamgram Municipality.

I am staying in this society for more than 2 years...it has such a atmosphere which I cannot compare with chowmathas atmosphere...either they are at the same place.I like it vry much👍👍
