Nice housing complex.

One of the oldest housing complexes off VIP road. Its close proximity to the airport makes it an ideal location for residents. The Haldirams factory is the nearest landmark. It has a massive club with varied facilities like bowling, indoor cricket, badminton, gym, banquet hall, cafeteria, heated swimming pool etc. It is a fun place to stay in.The only downturn is the chaotic and small crossing at the corner of the road. The road that approaches the society is very narrow and sometimes gets blocked due to cycle rickshaws, cars from the opposite direction.

Very big and beautiful society there are clubs swimming pool play area gym yoga and many more should definitely visit .........

Bulit in 90s .. Shows how well off bengali lives .. 3 parks well within the complex and safety is well ensure .. One can expect rent from 35 to 60k per month ...

A big housing complex situated between Haldiram and Kaikhali. There was too many block. Proper security system are in there. Lot of guidelines are in there. This place is for residential only and there are parking available. Each building have separate Lift and Stairs. Its a amazing place.

Excellent housing complex. Well maintained, have enclosed club house, swimming pool, grocery store medicine store and all. Location is quite accessible from both jessore Road and VIP Road. During heavy rain this area, as well as entrance of this housing complex gets unaccessible due to water logging.

As a whole, this locality is quite well connected with most modes of transportation. VIP road is nearby, so bus service is quite good. However, metro connectivity is an issue, since the nearest functional station is Dum Dum.

You can book this place for a good banquet Hall, indoor cricket pitch, bowling alley, rock climbing wall and many more for corporate events or parties.

A well developed residential complex located near Haldirams V.I.P Road. Attached with it is their own club for resident owners with an array of facilities and entertainment.

It is a place with mostly north Indian residents. Still residents like Kolkata and have their business setup here. Few airlines staff also lives here like pilots and air stewards and air hostess. Few service class people also resides here. Durga Puja is a festival which is fantastic and famous in nearby area as well.

The best complex of kolkata. Well connected with airport and dum dum metro...its has a huge garden...probably the biggest open space of all the complexes . Has nearly 500 flats and a super mix of people from all caste and creed ..!! It also has a mandir of its own and a club !! Grocery store and other utility services are located nearby ..!! All in all a fivestar complex !

Nice complex ! Outside of this complex there is ICICI ATM and grocery store. Medicine shop. VIP road just 10 mins away but flats are very very expensive

Is a gd complex with modern amenities. The only problem is in the monsoon season. The entire area gets water logged with a very little rain.
