Very very unprofessional, I have paid 27000 penalties for that mistake which is done by srijan . I strongly recommend not to but any flat from Srijan .They will mentally hrass you in such a way that you can not overcome easily. They have complete tactics of making money from fine and penalties. Anyway I will write complete case on Twitter and Facebook . I have attached complete screenshot .

I purchased one flat, infra. Is done by Srijan group, project Eternis. Few things i am facing with the management side which i want everyone should aware of it.1. In every 6 months they used to change their executive member bcz of that every time whatever problems we are facing have to explain them from the starting again & again.2. They dont give the proper reply of the mails, if we are asking something to them they reply back something else.3. If we skip/forget to check the mails given by them related to the payment demand, if we got bit late (as bcz i am like not that user friendly with the mails, i used to busy with my work, i asked them to call us related to demand charges) then also they put the extra interest charges for that.4. Its a huge amount project atleast to resolve the above 2 & 3 points they can keep a customer care service related to that.When i asked them for this in reply they told we dont talk verbally only on mails.5. Already its a huge amount of property Atleast in this pandemic situation they should understand and should not put extra interest charges. Bcz its very difficult for paying extra money in this period of time.i already purchased the flat position and its getting ready as bcz construction work is still going on and from now onwards they are behaving like this.. dont know after getting it my hands (my flat) how they will behave in future.

After sale service is pathetic, they took money from.me to provide the certified sale deed hard copy of Rs2300 but 1.5 years has passed by I havent received the same , they are now asking me to download a soft copy of the same by paying another 1530 /- . Dont recommend anyone to buy anything from them.I have mailed several times, check your inbox. Despite of doing the payment through online and showing you the bank account statement of the transaction, you are yet to confirm me back that the payment has been done. Pathetic. Your negligence causing customer harassment.

Srijan Realty is absolute cheater! I have wasted my money in one of their projects. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.Do not trust positive reviews here. No one in our society is happy with their service. Everyone got cheated in one way or other. Absolute trush.

Srijan made 1.5 years late to give flat possession. Still they charged me huge interest because it took time to get my loan approved. Absolute cheater. Does unfair trade practices. Govt should revoke their license and bring the ownership into justice.

We are yet to receive our final possession letter

Dont invest your hard earned money in any of Srijans project. Pathetic service, pathetic management. I would rather say they dont have any management at all. They will just sit on your money and will do nothing. No professionalism. They even lack basic courtesy and dont respond to customer calls/emails. Complete fraud. I have participated in their lottery for Green field project but due to some reason had to cancel my participation. I am waiting for last one and half months for my money to be refunded. Every time I call them they say you will get your money in next 7-10 days. I am still waiting. Thank God I didnt get their Elite block of my choice, otherwise I would have bought that and will have to suffer for lifetime. Now I have no choice left, I am taking legal action against them. Be aware.

I have booked a flat at Greenfield city and the service I am getting is just horrible.I trusted by name of Srijan when I booked but its a painful experience I am getting.Their employees are very good at making excuses,false commitments,no hierarchy and beautiful thing is they can use their official mail for fake commitments.Once you booked the flat and pay then your nightmare will start.You will keep chasing but they will pass on excuses.Srijan you really work on your management skill.no start process follow.I dont recommend you at all.Wont recommend you at all.Thanks.

I have purchased 2 flats from Srijan realtors and one thing which i would like to convey to all buyers about the builder is that their service is pathetic once you have paid booking amount. They do not provide details/updates about the progress and will only send communication when they demand money.Dont even think about using their service when doing a resale. My personal experience in resale is woeful. After the new buyer paid booking amount the sale representative & accounts team took 1+ year in providing the full payment. In addition to that I had to call more than 50 times to follow-up and get the process moving, each team shrugs their responsibility by stating other team has to provide update.

Pathetic communications department. I have tried calling Shreya, their customer executive, but she never responds. Made all our payments on/before time, but we are yet to get our possession letter and date of registration. I had also booked my flight tickets, as I was told that I have to be there for the registry. Again the team did not adhere to the date. Such a stressful experience this has been.Gauri is the only person who talks sense and attends our calls.

Oh, what to say, pre sells its like butter. Too smooth, flattering. Post sell team is horrible, cruel like. Beware of Ranupriya madam, totally irresponsive, unpredictable, never take phone calls. Never give clear or right picture. After paying full amount she or her office treats you like a bug. Also do not believe Mr. Piyush Mishra, a total bad for everything. A waste product of the Company. I really feel sorry to mention the things explained above but I am really hurt. I am a senior citizen, served my country with honesty and best efforts. At last I spent all my money with Srijan Realties. But sorry to say the entire staff is a team of liers.

Their post sales service is pathetic, if you are a NRI then its more inconvenient as they dont care to respond to emails despite of multiple follow ups.Not sure if Srijan’s owner is bothered at all.

I booked a flat in Majhergaon and cancelled it on 31st November. It has been 2 months and i am still not getting the refund. Everytime i call, they say that it is in the approval process. Complete fraud way to earn money. Pathetic experience. They even shared a helpline mail id which is not even valid.

Not buyer friendly. After sales are very very adamant. Do not follow payment schedule. After giving schedule they will tell your payment schedule is construction link based bla.. bla, anytime demand can be send when milestone achieved which are not mentioned and using of new language started. Major portion payment done in time from booking time in june, 19 and willing to pay in schedule but not agreeing with the tentative schedule table given.

I have booked a flat in Srijan Centrum Block 2, 2D and have paid the final installment. The lady, Shreya, the only person available has refused to give me a letter of possession or even say that the flat is paid off. They have not cleared the accounts and falsely charging me for Rs. 40,000 interest when we have ALWAYS paid on time of before time. They have not deducted the TDS AMOUTS that we have paid. They have failed to clear the accounts for the last one month. I am an NRI and want to stay in the flat when I come in a month. They are simply ignoring my local representative. I am very dissapointed that after paying the full amount, they are not cooperating and harassing me. I dont see why I cant move into a flat that i have already paid for. Can somebody who has authority please intervene and help me. I hope somebody notices this and has things ready by February 4th, 2020 before I take a more extreme step for this kind of fraud..Shabana Akhter
