Location wise it is very good as IT sector is 4-5 km from the project & amenities like swimming pool, bar, gym , gaming room all are available in this project. Think thousand times before investing your hard earned money in any project developed by the Magnolia Infrastructure Development Limited. Great Fraud company. This project is in front of a graveyard. Although they have removed the “Kabarsthan” board. Don’t trust the words of the sales team. Local developers in Newtown and Rajarhat are far better than these people in terms of quality of service.

What surprised me when I visited the project site was the size of the rooms they offered. I was searching for 2BHK and what they offer is really fantastic. I dont care much about those luxury amenities, but rooms where I would living in mostly matter.Sales people are polite and quite helpful. They are not pushy and very down to earth.
