I booked nearly 5 yrs back and paid almost 15L or more so far against their Panther Panchali, Garia project, till date no sign of progress in construction at site. They have failed to keep HIRA deadline, now regular excuse of COVID-19 restrictions. Multiple meetings, multiple calls, many mail reminders, nothing have helped to improve their intention. Matter has become so bitter, I had to decide to get my hard earned money back. I think this is high time they should sit, decide and conclude, else Ive to knock to KMC Mayors door as well as Consumer court.

Booked a property at Sonartori project in 2010 got handed over in 2016, though it was due 2013.Don’t ask about quality, worst possible you can imagine. Water sipping and damping is freebies.Think before purchase from them.They only care about payments and once handed over don’t expect any warranty even one month also they don’t cover.

Team Taurus is one of the best real estate companies that i have come across. I was recently looking for new properties to invest in, and i came across Team Taurus Bellagio LVL NXT which really grabbed my eye.

The company has failed to keep its commitment and has lost the customers faith as it has delayed the possession of the said unit innumerable times and there seems to be no deadline to this project. I have paid 80% of the amount and am paying interest on it every month to the bank which is causing me a substantial financial. My father is retired and has no own place to leave as they fail to deliver the possession and now not responsing to any calls and emails, it hard to communicate personall evrrytime we dobt reside in same state. I feel cheated and fraudulent as even tried to reach the ceo of team taurus but still no one reverted. I see no professionalism and forced to go other social media platforms and if syill no way remains then lastly may ask help from consumer complaint.

They try to force their clientele to under the table dealings. They are tardy in delivery. They try not negotiate rather poush people with sweet smiling faces of good-looking women , you lose your money if you dont yield to our condition. Managed win several business awards though, but awards are no credibility in a society playing to interests of its people. Hence, it is as average as other builders in the city.

Very bad construction, incomplete work, sonartori housing complex, horrible fittings, horrible builders, very bad experience, still work is pending and they dont bother to help.never buy any flats from team taurus, they are the most horrible property estate dealers. Thier material used is sub standard, leakage all over the flats, they r the biggest Cheaters in the market.Team taurus builders are a fraud company, never ever buy any of thier projects. The prices are pretty high, but the stuff used is cheapest quality. Very bad company. My son has bought one flat in 5th floor of wow project at rajarhat. The lift is not functioning since its installation except few weeks. No management is taking any responsibility to repair it though we have disposited annual maintenance charges during booking. The lift is out of order for more than a month. So horrible experience.

Fraud company... I have a ongoing case where they have to pay money to us and still they have not paid it......there employee Sweatashree Bhattacharjee has given false promises.... can you believe they have shared a wrong UTR number just to make a fool out of us......... from three months they are not able to pay our money..........I have written email from her where she confirmed that she will return the money last month but we havent heard anything....... I think its time for us to go to court and fight......... I wish we can close these companies who are just a bunch of loosers and play with customers emotion....

A very bad experience with Team Taurus group. I wont hesitate to call them fraudsters. They know very good tactics of fooling customers. They are pretty much experienced in giving false and fake commitments to customers. Their post sales team top on that. i bought 2 flats in Bou Thakurani Haat (BTH) in September 2016, and I have been paying EMI and house rent since then. You could imagine how badly I have been suffering. They still dont care. Everytime when I ask for possession they say it would be given in 3-4 months and I have been hearing this for a long time. I have in fact dropped my message to their CEO on LinkedIn and got a reply that they would look into it but unfortunately I didnt see any progress I expected.From my experience, I can only say that before investing your money please check the track record of the builders. Please buy flats from reputed groups unlike these cheap and fraud groups like Team Taurus. I dont want anyone to suffer like me.

The builder seems to be an expert in fooling around . We booked an apartment in their project Kabya in 2012 ... they have crossed all deadlines and are still delaying the handover ... from other sources whatever info I have received, their other projects are facing similar issues ... it seems the self proclaimed bigshot management of Team Taurus might be siphoning off funds to other projects/ businesses and/or investing in capital market and trying to manage the show from there ... new buyers be careful ... they have even declined to communicate officially regarding any further deadine...beware

Worst when it comes to paying their vendors.....chasing them for the payments for 8-9-months now....Very poor response from Mr. Animesh Singh from their marketing team....I would recommend other vendors not to work with this developer.

Worst construction. We have a flat in Sonartori Housing Complex. The construction has been done using very cheap materials due to which our entire flat has become damp. The site is highly insecure and lacks proper boundary. Worst group to buy a flat from.
