Flats were allotted as per income group.The quality of construction of the flat is good. It is situated at Sekh Para, Brahmapur- near Bat Tala. Nearest Metro Station is MASTER-DA SURYA SEN. Auto Service is available from Metro Station for Rs. 8/- only. Rickshaws are also available , the fare is Rs. 20/- only up to Metro Station.Recently construction of under-ground drainage is going on for last six months. As such the road from Bat tala to Sekhpara is closed. One has to come via Badamtala- Jame Masjid. A new complex Niva Park - Phase- V has been constructed just beside the Jubilee Housing.Recently the colour wash of all flats have been done.

Co operative housing society situated between Sekhpara Road and Bijon Kanan in Bansdroni, Brahmapur Area with 1and 2 BHK Flats. Area, and outside maintenance is good but internal maintenance required. Also problem with drinking water as either one has to collect water outside from corporation tap or to buy package drinking water. The conveyance problem recently overcome by the addition of two new auto routes up to the Metro.
