This is one of the best housing society located near the Rajarhat main road, the built quality of the apartments are great, clean and Safe society. I live in this society for my official visits to kolkata and find it very convenient.

Nice apartments. Good location. This part of New town is very quiet. Eco park is nearby. But the only drawback is size of apartments .. room size is small. But other amenities are good. Security.cctv.gym.games room. Kids play ares. Pool table. Open sitting. Lobby of each tower. They have 6 towers but no swimming pool

Pathetic after sale service, they nor recieve calls neither respond to mails. Its like once you give them the money, they dont care anymore.

I have a flat in siddha Galaxia Phase 2 though l have not shifted yet.Wishing to move in winter.After moving I can share my personal experience.

Ive visited a friend in Phase 2. Phase 2 is still in progress. Its a well built property and entry restrictions are really good.Once youre inside the campus, then its a world of your own. But, the outside area (Raharhat Main Road) might not be a perfect place for dwelling.The campus itself is spacious and the architecture is really nice. Especially I liked the connected roof garden and jogging track.Transportation might be a problem - getting uber will be easy but will be a bit pricey and may take time to arrival. Better to have your own modes of transport.

Please check with Galaxia phase-2 residents on what was promised and what is delivered as of today !!!! Siddha has given handover when flats are not ready and overall project is hardly 10% complete . Fully irresponsible and unprofessional builder . There are insiders in every google review who are posting 5 star reviews to misguide you .
