It is not such an old apartment but looks pretty old as very little attention has been given to its maintenance. Situated in Kalikapur, this place is pretty close to the main road. The rooms are small compared to a lot of other apartments but this place has got decent amenities.

Conveniently located at the jn. of EM Bypass & PAS connector,opposite AVISAR mall,easy access to schools,hospitals, car park,childrens park there,well secured but noise pollution by vehicular transport along two main roads on eastern & southern sides is quite disturbing.
