Fraud developer & fake project. Dont waste your money in this project to buy flat

For the last few years the progress of construction has completely been stopped. They could not reply properly for explaining the reason behind it. They have been showing lame excuses. It is highly regretted, that they are completely indifferent in this regard. We people are suffering, those who have deposited huge money as aggrement for purchasing the flat. It is clear, that they will not be able to complete the project in time .

High time for buyers across projects to get together and go against this builder. People should approach Govt of West Bengal or Govt of India to prevent this promoter playing with customers hard earn money. This feels like a live Sarada scam ongoing. They will always give you fake promises and never fulfill the same. Dont get trapped by the sweet words from there customer care head . Act immediately to protect your hard earn money.

Once it is developed it will be nice place to stay. Peaceful area and very close to newtown and airport

Construction of Pyramid project is not at all progressing as evident from the reviews of other fellow customers. Can we make a whatsapp group and discuss future course of action for the customers? I meant to visit their office together to inquire actual status. I am not sure whether they will complete the project in time or complete at all.

Let us have a watts app group guys. I have been trying them over phone email servals months but no response. After several months once they picked up my call and told aamr same bloody story of we are trying to get approval of upper storeys !!! I am afraid they will at all finish the project... completely hopleyand useless cheating developers...

Extremely dissapointed with the progress of this project.This project has 17 towers and are being done plot wise.First plot itself is delayed by 2 years. Now they are saying they will handover plot 1 by May 2020 around.Not sure when the other towers and the whole project will be completed. One more thing they are notable to get the sanction for upper floors till now. Other adjacent projects are progressing quite well.Extremely dissapointed with mounthill realty.

I thot its a good company and will do good work over all...bt I was rong..a builder cant be good if he or she produces the flat late...mounthill m sorry to say but u proved to be a useless construction company which cant finish its work on time..I mean ur construction called pyramid at rajarhat.

I am very afraid with Pyramid project. It is already 3 years gone and sill now not much progress. I contact them and they think that there is one year extension and in one year, they will complete which is totally wrong as not possible to complete that kind of project in one year. Anybody has any idea please

They are totaly cheater. When ever i claim my15 lakh advance down payment money return, they told me forget your money this is written in the said agreements.

It feels we have been duped. Would like to contact other buyers on this project

BEWARE !!! First of all selling flats without any prior permission/ sanction of the top floors .They just have sanction till 5th floor but selling n making agreements for the upper floor without prior intimating the customers so its just cheating people.On asking them for the updates they just give lame excuses and the progress is still the same since 1 year .Till date no sanction for upper floors and no progress can be seen in the site as well.
