Good location, few minutes distance from metro station. Build quality seems fair. Flats are mid sized , very good for a small family.

A project consisting of three multistoried towers. Location wise quite good. Price for 2BHK seems reasonable. The executives on site are quite amiable and helpful. Project almost 80% complete. Hopefully a good project to invest on.

If you consider the location its really good. Thats the only thing I could find which would enhance the attraction. The flats are to small to live in and its highly overpriced. The price/sqft which is charged, is for the covered area. The mentioned space of each flats are not the actual, you need to subtract some. Price needs to be cut down, its not a worthy deal.
