This society is awesome !! It was promoted by the owner of East Bengal club. This is a fully a.c apartment with awesome facilities but the only problem is that the area is on a bit low ground so there is huge water logging during rainy season. Remember the water stays for atleast 2 days during heavy rains. and also there is a communication problem if u have a car then thats not a problem.

Still under Construction, anf has been under construction for more than 5 years.. they are trying to complete this project as soon as possible..The pros are its proximity to bt road and dumdum station..The cons is that all the approach roads to the complex are small.. the locality is average , there are no good grocery shops , medicine shops available in proximity. You have to depend on dum dum market for all your needs.

One of the best project in kolkata.... It is soo high... It has free gym access and swimming pool and large parking... All flats are air conditioned... Market is about 2min away and metro about 5min and Dum dum station also.
