Sundays they refuse to show us our own flat. I wanted to show my flat to my parents and since it was a Sunday they refused to show us our flat. After many requests also they dint listen. This was very disrespectful. Sundays are for new buyers only. What kind of rule is this? Sufficient staff should be there to attend both new as well as existing buyers. Very disheartening it was when we came back without seeing our own purchased property.

Flat layout not desirable .... After such a huge amount of investment.... thats a priority . Otherwise amenities part May be ok .... but the main thing is were we will live .

Exorbitant price for something which is above average. There are better projects for the same price. You can get somewhat similar experience at a much lesser price in the same or a better location.

Very expensively priced with many fascilities .it seems you are purchasing a motel apartment rather than your own house

It take too much time to complete the project

Unethical builder. Do not value the customers money. Do not trust this builder. your money is at stake as they extract almost 90-95% amount and delay your possession. They were supposed to hand over the flat in March 2020 as per agreement which they have failed and no compensations whatsoever. Still no update regarding possession.

Area is good

Huge complex with many high rise buildings in Christoper Road but the area outside the main gate is very congested. The road is narrow lane and a bit dirty. The complex is still under construction.

From the drawing board to seeing the actual flat with my own eyes was very satisfying. I was impressed with the quality of construction and on time progress of the Flora Fountain project. I am sure I have made my investment in the right project.

Well Flora Fountain is my dream home.I and my family choose basically of it s location,as located in the heart of the city.The amenities are really great and the living environment seems to be wonderful. Hopefully my family will have a peaceful living.

We have purchased 3 bhk in Tower two. Till date, I want to compliment Mr Abik and Mr Om for their consistent help and patience.. :) Purchasing flat while staying overseas is a humungus task... We are happy that every year we come back to see their happy faces and get warm welcome from their end..Progress of work is still continual as we were expecting handover in 2020..fitting of tiles has been done nicely, however, the grills have not been fitted properly, the wall painting is uneven.. I believe things will fall into place before handover coz the sum we are paying is quite huge.. Fingers crossed... Hope everything will appear as displayed in the model flat... :)

Great project in most fastest developing residential area around central Kolkata stone throw distance away from renowned educational institutions , hospitals and markets. A bit expensive but worth it my sincere thanks to Mr Om Prakash and Mr Avishek for helping me out with the booking and sharing the info about the project.

Not only Alcove Construction Pvt Ltd is mismanaging and misappropriating the Funds of Diamond City North Resident Association through its illegal and fraudulently appointed directors without any AGM , they have closed my water line to kitchen because I am voicing illegality in DCNRA. Do you think Such Builders should exist in the society.

Premium and high end project The location and locality both are good. All the amenities are available in the project. Within 200-300 mt school/Bazar / shopping / Mandir etc are available. All festivals like Durgapuja/Deepvali/Holi etc are celebrated in the locality. No of shopping malls/market/Hospital etc are within 3-5 km.

This place is awesome to live there are swimming pool, tennis cort, cricket ground, parking lot, pharmacy, convenient Store etc.........And it might be a little expensive but everything is worth it.

I think it has all facilities such that every building has to have , it is a good and big building
