Located opposite to Padma cinema on Sodepur Madhyamgram Road. Visited Recently for vaccination.Very prompt service in this regard. But on the first floor. Though they have establishment in ground floor. May have lift but not for customers.

Dont park ur car or byke that side of the road is no parking zone as i and some others had to pay fine by the local police station and on the 1st floor the reception spase wasnt good as compaire to madhyamgram surakha

Suraksha is a well known brand, but I must say they have the worst service on earth. Customer Care number- you can never reach, whatsapp number- you never get a reply. Stop these eyewash practices. What service you cant give, dont give false promises at least. We dont have that much time to hold on the phone for hours. Just put it simple, We are available only at the centres. Come and get information.

Third class customer orientation by the front desk employees, specifically This branch. Most of them has attitude problem. They use to talk like a non-sence and behave very badly with customers. No greetings , not at all bothered about customer satisfaction.... worthless people

Clinical test charges higher then any other local diagonestic centre.

I wish I could give -ve rating....On 1st Aug, I have given blood for dengue test. The Surakha said the report will be delivered by 2nd Aug morning.On payment, I’ve paid the amount using PhonePay which shows Successfully paid in my mobile. But, they said, after 2 hours, in a phone call, that the transaction is showing as error from their end and the amount will be credited to my account. So, I agreed to pay them again on the very next day (2nd Aug) while collecting the report. They agreed.On 2nd Aug, after giving the payment the ‘SURAKHA’ told me, they haven’t prepared the report as the payment wasn’t done. It will be ready in 3 hours.Now, my concerns are:1. Why they haven’t said this in the phone call that the report will not be prepared if the payment hasn’t been done.2. How they prepared the report in only 3 hours when on the first day they told it will be ready by next day only.3. How reliable the report is? How to trust this is my blood test report?4. I know, they are doing these for business., but don’t you think that this is a medical emergency. Who would be responsible if anything happens in these 3 hours?5. Make your business a little step aside, while you’re doing medical emergencies..!! It may be with you or you near ones next time.This is the last time I’m doing anything from this Surakha. I hope, Surakha will get the point from my and other reviews and will change their ‘profitable business’ a little generous for medical care.

Never Pickup phone

One of the worst Diagnostic centre. Worst management and worst doctors’ team. Especially the dermatology department. We have confirmed our booking by Saturday. The doctor was supposed to come by 11 AM Sunday. We have waited there more than an hour. Management told us that he is on the way. But he did not come. After asking many times finally they told us that he is not coming.

One of the worst Diagnostic centre. Better go for other Diagnostic centre. Their report was full of mistake, low quality, nothing was clear. So went to other Diagnostic centre for test.

They do only business..i m requesting everyone not to choose suraksha for your vital test..my frnd sujata was suffering from dengue,but recovered soon.. we decided to test a platelet count again just to be sure tht she is alright..but report was showing her platelet count below than normal range..but before that day we tested from smwhere else,count was 2,16,000..she had no fever after tht..even doctor said she is ok..platelet count has started rising .. and then they made the report using their strategy,so tht we keep testing from Suraksha.. they asks questions about ur previous tests and previous report..fraud..I will make this go viral..

Prices of tests hiked . i am not so much impressed
