They are only keen on taking money and doesnt provide any care for the animal. I recommend keeping your pet at home rather than sending them here or find another good hospital.

I called them because in our area there is a house dog who was abandoned by his owners. And now that dog is unable to survive with other street dogs as he has grown up in a friendly conditions. This street dogs has bitten him(house dog) so many times. I called this organisation to help that dog.I called and told them everything. But this organisation clearly said we cant help at all. Then they hung up.

Sent my dog there for a vasectomy; he returned full of mange mites, emaciated, utterly traumatised and unclean.Such a joyful young dog had been reduced to a depressed, down, and damaged one.Very money-minded business with the gall to have a name as false advertising as Love N Care for animals when they have no care for the animals that should be in their care, instead putting the complete focus on earning off badly treating animals.Do not recommend at all, has been a disgusting experience.

Got my cat spayed/sterilized here. She was sent back smelling like a chicken coup and had fleas. 6 months later she now, she has started to go into heat again. The people at Love n Care refuse to accept that the surgery wasnt performed correctly. I contacted 3 other vets who told me that the surgery wasnt done correctly and that is why shes going into heat again. This issue cannot be fixed now and I have to put my cat up for adoption because my parents dont want her urinating around the house. Please get your pet help from professionals.

They are BEST in treating the stray dogs... Actually I was Very negative by the reviews... But ultimately I talked with them and they are really responsive and caring.I called them for a stray Dog.. Which needed urgent treatment... They picked her... Treated well and after say 15days they delivered it to my place.... I am really happy for them.They charged.... This NGO is a life-saver. They are a miracle. I am forever thankful to Love n Care for saving my cat. I have a stray cat, Hulo. One fine day, he came to our house with injuries in his hind legs, rectum and other private parts. He was so hurt that he was limping. Must have fought with other male cats. Within a week, the injury turned into a very serious one and he had maggots. I contacted Love n Care in Sarsuna, and told them to take Hulo for treatment. At first they told me that if we can enclose him in a box and take him to their place. But Hulo escaped that day and we could not take him to the hospital. Next day, when Hulo came again, I contacted them ASAP and they came to our house within 3-4 hours. You can see the attached pictures- how bad his injury was, how they safely took him in cage. He was there for about 2 months. We used to visit him every week. His condition was very bad. He was weak. They told me that the first 3 days would be critical. I just prayed for Hulos safety. And believe me, they also did not think that Hulo would recover so well from that serious injury. I just kept requesting them and telling them that please save my cat at any cost. But thanks to them, my Hulo got a new life. Hulo is now again a healthy and beautiful cat, thanks to Love n Care. After 2 months, they delivered Hulo to my house again, when he was completely fine. And with my Grandmas care, Hulo has now become as handsome as before :) I cant thank them enough. They are very nice people and I respect them a lot for doing such a wonderful job. They even allowed me to play with other cats there for a short time. Anyway, these guys are a miracle. They helped my Hulo recover from such a bad condition. You can trust this NGO blindly- they will try their best to save these innocent lives of animals. THANK YOU SO SO SO SO MUCH LOVENCARE. KEEP GOING LIKE THIS. I called them for an injured street dog, at first they told me to send a video of the said dog saying theyll NOT TAKE CARE of a distempered one. Such selective treatment is very disgusting. After sending them a video of the injured dog, I called them again asking for urgent help. But even after MORE THAN 1 HOUR passed they DIDNT RESPOND. They didnt even saw the sent video, plus there was no response by call too. DISGUSTED at how they treat situations that need urgent attention. LEAVING the dog to DIE without any medical attention. Name of organisation should not be Love and Care because truth to be told theyve got NONE.

They are absolutely rubbish. I send one of my dog suffering from urine discharge problem, she just need to use catheter for urination and followed by further treatment. But she died next day. This is totally shocking for me.. they have no explanation, no prescription nothing...!!Dont go there. You can visit belgachia animal hospital. They provide a very good treatment with x ray, ultra sonography and many other modern facilities with experienced govt.doctors.

I called about a street dog that needed care. she asked for video. After 2 more calls, Said it was rabies. Did not advice what do next. I got help from elsewhere. The dog had distemper. But I am still happy she received my call. Would be fair if they could help or at least give information about denying help. It saves time and life. It is hard to see a creature suffering at your doorstep. Is it not ?

Good care for pets over there and peoples over there have Good and kind behaviour.

My aunt had three female cats. So we sent them there for sterilization. They were completely fine and vigorous. Before taking them they took the full money in advance, 7500/-. The cats returned after 6days. One of them got sick after 4days,we called them a million of times,they were not responding,then they didnt even come to treat the cats of take them. They said they will come two days later. The cat died late night,two other are sick . Out of three loving cats,one died two other are very critical, under treatment elsewhere,hoping that they survive. Didnt even try to contact these inhumane people after this. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR PETS.Update- today evening the other one died. We contacted them again. They refused treatment and asked us to get them treated from any nearby hospital.The prescription and OT note of them has no name of any doctor, or any signature. Or even registration number. Total quack owned place it feels like.Update:2- All three of them died. They got distemper from love & care. our private doctor told us. They didnt even keep the infected ones from the other pets.

I got two of my female cats neutered from here. They were treated very well. They came back all healthy in only three days. They also charge a reasonable price. The staff is also very helpful. They answered all my calls whenever i needed it. So overall, good experience. You can definitely visit here :)

It was great experience with Love N Care for animals, I did sterilization of two female street dog. They come on time to pick the dog as committed, after 6 days they releas d the dogs and now both of them are fine. The service provided by Love N Care is commendable. Thanks a lot.

Worst Ngo i have ever seen. We have a dog carrying derma disease. We admit that dog but after release we realise that, neither they take care of pets nor they fed them properly As well as when we received our dog, both of his eye were completely damaged and they gave us the dog at 1 am during winter without proper care. I havent seen such an inhuman behavior before.

I request all of you please dont send your pet here. They take your pet with donation and leave it in there condition.They didnot do any medical treatment to them......they will told you that they are taking care of your pet but they are not doing anything.......I have lost my dearest pet.Its not a NGO . They are criminals.

Most of them are fine in my locality.They did an amazing job with a 12yr old female dog who had pyometra. She continued finely till 16 years of age and peacefully left for her heavenly abode. They are money centric people. I had two stray kittens, just 2 weeks old. I found them near my house outside and their mother was no were to be seen anytime. So I kept them and wanted to find someone to keep them. One of them was very ill. She pooped blood and had no appetite. I called them. And they were only concerned with their fees which was minimum 3000. I cound not afford it. Next day she died.So, they are only concerned about the money. The lady, that I talked to on call, did not even ask about the address or any details about her illness. The first thing she said that their service is chargeable.

The place is good and treat pets so well. But the place is in interior and by public transport or auto it is not safe to go. Please hire a cab which will reach directly up to the place or take your personal vehicle. The village it self has local gundas and the local administration and the villagers are quite.About the clinic there is no doubt it is one of the best.

This place is really good for taking care of animals. I had sent my stray cat ,who I love deeply , there for treatment. He had a severe maggot wound in his hind leg. They took care of him very nicely. I used to call them every day for the updates . They with utmost kindness gave me each and every update. The staff there is very kind and helpful. When I was continuously calling them at first to take my cat they didnt respond anytime rudely. They had kept my cat very safely. I also visited that shelter . Its quite in the village area. So for conveyance ,taking a taxi is the best option . Yes they took money from us for treatment. But it was a minimal amount . Being a NGO they do need funds. Being a animal lover and human being funding money to these shelter is the least thing we can do.The shelter is very well maintained. They also provide healthy food to the animals. After treatment they themselves gave away my cat to my required Location. Now by the grace of God my cat is healthy and playing again.Thank you love and care for helping my cat to live again.I do wish to serve them in my near future.

The man who answered the phone, kept asking me for my bank detail my debit card number expiry date about my bhim account paytm and phonepay but did not help me with my problem i told him continuously that i had an emergency i plead the guy for help i even told him i would pay you by cash just send some help he repeatedly kept asking me for my bank details and later hung up on my face. And they call themselves Love N Care for animals Dont even know what it means. Shame on you guys!!

I gave a puppy with Scrabis only. They just killed him within one night. Even they didnt call me, when I arrived next day, they first went to the puppy to give me back, then returned after 5mins and said he died only 20mins ago. Isnt it fishy! I just couldnt say anything as I signed the bond. If God is there then hell not forgive 😔

When called to help an injured street dog they asked me to take the dog to them and pay them 2700 RS to treat it and I cant even ask to see it. When I explained that the dog needs experts to pick it up and Im willing to pay 3k if they come to pick it up they simply refused it.

Selfish type of NGO

A dog in our locality was beaten and suffered pelvic fractures. He was lying in the drain for the entire night. In the morning we had called these people. They told they need money and to send a video. First of all being an NGO I dont understand why would they ask for money. Though none of us hesitated to pay to still they refused to come and simply wrote a text stating the dog had distemper. at night the vetenary doctor stated that the dog is simply suffering from trauma and fracture. The dog couldnt survive only because of their delay and finally saying that they cannot help. It is an absolute waste even to call these people. Even after scrolling down through all the comments I noticed they r only of help when it comes in sterilizing the dog. Thats it! I dont recommend this place to anyone

The place is little far but very economic and nice in-house medical treatment including surgey for your pets including home pickup and return.

Excellent service...good behaving staffs...I sterilized 5 dogs and 8 cats...1 maggot wound doggy...all r successful...my first choice for my pets. They provide ambulance service...and they personally carry the patient to the hospital. Best of luck to them.

It is more of a Vat than an NGO, theyre not willing to save stray dogs of their own. They expect you to take diseased animals to them and pay them handsome amount. NOT AN NGO!

I have sent in total 9 dogs with the help of my aunt, from our locality to love and care hospital for treatment including maggot wound and sterilization. They are very helpful and all the operations and treatment was a success. The organisation is very well maintained, properly organised with very helpful workers. Its a very good hospital to send your pets and animals for treatment.

One of the only animal organisations that has a helpful person answering the phone. Anecdotally, many other organizations were abrupt and apathetic when I called looking for help for a wounded animal.

They miscommunicate and dont give proper medicines. When the doctor is asked what treatment he has done or what medicines he prescribed, he simply refused to give the prescription. Atleast in my case this was the treatment done. The dog i brought passed away a week later from the day i admitted.

My would be had a pet cat and she used to love it the most...age of that pet was nearly 6 years..3 days back the cat got a critical health problem that there was need of an operation. Without wasting much time she rushed to a animal clinic and consulted with a doctor. The doctor reffered to this hospital to admit the pet and get the operation done. At the very next day she went to that hospital and admitted the pet to get that pet cured..and they have taken rs 2000 for the treatment purpose..then she came back. At the very next day she called them in early morning to know the condition of that pet and they told that it is ok and she decided to see her pet in the evening. Then after 4 to 5hrs they called her and informed that the pet is no more..she got upset like anything..she cried like hell. After some time I discussed with a person who is deeply attached with an NGO of animals and she told me that they do mercy killings..they often do that.I was shoked and decided to give a feedback here that they cant do these things to another pet..thet are doing the business only rather saving a pets life..please take my words and dont take your pets to that hospital please...we both are very upset.

First of all the animal home is in such an isolated place that once you give your animal there, you will barely be able to visit them again.Secondly they charged 2500 for keeping a kitten with them.The kitten was my friends pet, she had given me that kitten to keep for a month. And due to problems on both side we decided to give her away in a Shelter.Her rear part was paralysed, and the day I had gone to drop her off the lady there said she wont survive for too long! And today after a week she called me to break the news that the kitten is no more!

They are not at all caring and it doesnt look like they really want to help and save stray animals. A dog in our neighbourhood got poisoned and inspite of requesting them to arrive as early as possible, they didnt come to take him at all. Sending a vehicle from Behala Chowrasta to Behala Manton is supposed to take just few minutes. Whenever you call them, no matter how serious the situation is, youll be getting the same reply our vehicles are not free and it will take time for us to reach- and that time is not less than 15- 16 hours. Really doubt their works as a Animal Loving NGO.

I have sent almosr 25 to 26 dogs for sterilisation and other dogs for treatment..Most of them are doing well now.Even my pet cat was treated there

I brought my 5 year old cat who had been suffering from a rotting wound on his face and they saved him. I thank them for what they did for us. Very good service. They even provide ambulance services. One minus is that it is located in far inside the rural areas.
