Very caring and loving towards pets... So kind and helpful

The place is graveyad take your pet to this place if and only if you want them in wrong hand the doctor is highly unprofessional not zero but have negative knowledge about pets. The doctor doesnt give a damn about your pets life he treat them like their life doesnt matter, it was my lifes biggest mistake to take my pet there i lost him in front of my eyes.The caretakers have more knowledge than the doctor.

Visited for Fish, has all sorts of Aquarium including Platation as well Marine which are available in most aquarium shops. Prices are quite reasonable compared to other shops. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Must visit for aquariums, and all also for pets.

My rabbit had been fostered for few days here they charged 300 per day, they kept in a very dirty place in non hygienic conditions despite giving all the food and other stuff they provide nothing, and also found one cuts mark under the chin, please never foster your pets here you will endup feeling guilty.

Visit somewhere else but not here !

Please read this to know how unprofessional and greedy this clinic is. I contacted them because I needed a fit for air travel certificate for my pet dog to take him from Kolkata to bangalore by air, as per th standard airline requirement. It is a routine affair. I wanted to visit them in the morning before the flight but the doctor said he wouldnt be available so he asked me to show him the dog on video call that evening and send him the vaccination record on whatsapp. I did that. He said the dog is ok and he would prepare the certificate and I can collect it from his assistant in the morning. And he asked me to pay ₹1000 through Paytm. I protested that it was too much for just a certificate. Normally such a certificate doesnt cost more than ₹200 to ₹300. He called me after a while and asked me to pay ₹ 600 instead. Since I didnt have much of a choice, I agreed for ₹600. I collected that certificate the next morning and went to the airport. The airport security refused to accept the certificate because it was only a health certificate and didnt say the dog was fit to fly. I called the doctor to request him to make another one and send it to me on whatsapp so I could produce it. Rather thr doctor spoke rudely on the call and refused to help. I missed the flight because the cargo refused to carry him. Incurred loss of time and approx ₹10000. I have never come across such a greedy and misbehaved vet. I dont know what he does with the people who get their pets to him. I told him that Id expose how greedy and misbehaved he was. I think its my duty and responsibility to let people know the truth. You all can make the choice. Good luck.

Contacted them because I needed a fit to travel certificate for my cats. They are asking 1000 rupees per certificate . Also vaccination charges for cat is 500 rupees. I have 4 cats and I have done all the same things under 1500 rupees
