Doctors are just superb but receptionist & other management is not that much professional. Its took almost 1.5 hrs just to complete billing process. Online payment system machines available here are outdated.Good location & excellent doctors but below average receptionist.

Its better before, nowadays its became a money chaser diagnostic centre. Query @ Reception dont expect them to greet you with smile. Always wanted to make their present report with tallying other old reports, which is quiet questionable.

Where do I start....1. No social distancing measures at all. Just wear your mask and say a prayer.2. Registration desk staff are seemingly overburdened so dont expect much assistance.3. If you have taken a morning appointment, be prepared to skip lunch.....For multiple tests pls ensure that you have adequate phone data to watch K3G 3 times over before your turn comes up.

All said and done,medical history of a patient is not supposed to shared publicly.the reception/billing staff keep asking about the patients symptoms so loudly where everyone can hear it.tgey should be sensitive enough about the patients feelings and emotions.

The variety of testing done under one roof is remarkable. But the way the receptionist and the billing staff treat and behave with the patient family members is extremely unruly and misbehaved. All the staff wants to do is make their work easy and harass the patient and family members by making them wait, charge abnormally, misguide at all step and then turn them down. A simple booking for test takes more than an hour to book waiting time separate. They just try to extract whatever money they want to and never educate patient family about running discounts. The staff is all about their own convenience and is not at all friendly or helpful towards patient family members.

One of the best diagnostic centers of Kolkata for USG related services. But, during my last visit it was very crowded without maintaining any social distancing. Around 50 patients were waiting in a room for their tests to be done. Be very cautious of you visit there during Covid times.

Today 16th Jul I went to book a medical test for tomorrow, one receptionist Subhajit Das misplaces my Dr. prescription..I guess he gave that to another ppl. No responsibility, no manners.And arguing and telling me to check my bag..

I have going there for my wifes USG of pregnancy and Foetal echocardiography. Service is very good and report is accurate and best thing I see cleanliness and hygiene is very good. One house keeping staff all time stand at front of washroom and clean everytime when someone use. And at the time of USG they dont in hurry they take time and comfort patient. So I give six star service

For 4 tests, I have spent almost 4 hours sitting around... The staff is curt and rude and does not bother if you (the patient) has even eaten or not. Will not recommend and not even come back again. Waste of time.

Highly disappointed about their management specifically about the number I have almost tried 200 times on all the mention number very no.always denotes with switch off 24*7 then finding no other option I have physical visited both the block of unit 1and 2 after the I find my doctor unit in 2 i requested several time the number is unavailable plz note done take take my offline appointment but they just ignore my statements saying that the only option is take appointment on call, Jst a waste of time and effort

The staff members in the cardio department are very unprofessional with an indifferent behavior. They failed to realise that patients are individuals who are not as healthy as they are.

Waited for 64mins AFTER payment , for a SINGLE test that took 2mins ,after having booked timeslot for the same.The counter said , that the booked time slot is reporting time. I dont think a patient is supposed to wait OVER AN HOUR for a single test, under any circumstances; a senior citizen , nevertheless, to report to a private diagnostic centre!We also noticed, some people who came in later than us getting the tests done, before us.Counter never keeps change, expects you to pay the full amount (this happened twice, when we came for multiple tests).The counter, instead of offering change, offers you a DUE, as in, the money would stay due to you (patient) from Quadra, which you will receive when you come to collect the report. ( Mind you, that the report is available online, you have no compulsion to come to Quadra for routine test reports). So the patient will be forced to come to Quadra twice unnecessarily because the counter does not bother to keep change. (Afternoon, morning, irrespective of the time).Unprofessional place.Ps, notice the paid reviews are very different from the real ones.

First of all there are two campuses and Google maps directed me to the wrong place where I was informed that the correct place was about a kilometer ahead.The crowd is a bit of a problem at the place considering these are covid times. Social distancing is hard to maintain in the cramped places specially in the waiting areas and the blood test areas. The blood test areas were cramped and claustrophobic. Also no clear designated waiting areas for people waiting for their companions to get their tests done. Apart from that liked the fact that everything happened smoothly and waiting time wasnt too much (unless you are waiting for usg to be done, which requires a full bladder and your companion suddenly have no urge to pee, like at all :D). The reports were promptly uploaded the next day after 6 on their website. That was pretty good. All in all, cramped quarters aside, good experience. Four stars from my side.

Although this is a non govt organization, it quite crowdy almost in every business hours. Services are good and reports (and not the plates) are also available online. This place does have a parking slot which provide free parking for its patient.

I had come to this diagnostic center after reading the reviews and indeed had a very good experience. The staff members, the doctors are very friendly and polite. Proper, precise and accurate USG was done for me. You can also avail some great facilities like viewing the test report online from the site, provided you have the patient card given to you. Overall, their services are excellent and their behaviour is also nice.

There is no time seduels. Management is very poor. Appointment was given at 10 am. And scan done at 1.30 pm.

It provides a huge number of pathological and imaging tests. It provides home collection of blood samples and delivers reports at home if needed. Still now, I have not faced any problems with their reports. The costs are a bit on the higher side. The Quadra management should always keep the cost reasonable and within everyones range and limit. Renowned and best facilities available for any kind of medical tests. Although we took an appointment two days before the test, still had to wait for 2 hours. Was told by the staff that you have to wait for 2 hours. Advise before visiting be prepared to wait for 2 hours. The security guard did not allow me to charge my cellphone which was very low on battery. Though the plug point was just next to me in the sitting area on the 4th floor. The plug point was not used for any medical equipment nor by an employee. The building is just next to the road so parking is a big issue. They have two different centre in some distance apart. The location what google indicates is not the location where test are getting done. So most of the time people after parking the car etc again has to go to new location. So something needs to be done on this. Parking is a huge problem.

Went to collect blood report in the evening. The lady sitting there was busy typing something on her phone despite telling her that i have to hurry to the docs chamber with the report. Had to wait 30 mins. The two women in the counter we giggling and chatting away. The servives in the morning time is very good no doubt. But evening time its pathetic, especially the women inattentive, indifferent. Either they are giggling or discussing about their marital life...in laws... Or bitching about other staffs.

Quality of testing is excellent specially ultrasound and radiology, but the ground floor waiting room though air-conditioned is full of mosquitoes and parking your car is real problem. So I rated 4 star.
