Yesterday, 16.082021 I had booked covid test. First of all, its impossible to get through any of the numbers provided by them. We need to send every details on whatsapp, even for general enquiries they will collect your adhar card. The lady who will call back doesnt have the basic etiquette of how to speak with a patient. She shouts and talks very rudely. Quadra can verify this by checking their call records.On 16.08.2021 that lady confirmed the covid test home collection for 17.08.2021 and I even got a call from their home collection staff that he will come by 10.30 am on 17.08.2021.Again on 17.08.2021 at 9am that lady called asking the same details provided on 16.08.2021 and said there are no slots for home collection on 17.08.2021. When I informed her that I already got call from their home collection staff, she agreed and confirmed the booking. But I waited till 11.30 am and no one came for sample collection. And as said before, its impossible to reach them on any of their numbers.How unprofessional and irresponsible. I always go there for tests at the centre and everything is well organised at the centre. It was totally unexpected. Even with covid they are showing such an irresponsible behaviour. And just no words about that rude lady on the phone.

Very very rude staff and they dont deliver reports on time even if you tell them that its an emergency.

None of their phone numbers on the website work, i have booked multiple tests through their online portal door home pickup, no response. This is not a good experience.

Waited for 64mins after payment , for a SINGLE test ,after having booked timeslot for the same.The counter said , that the booked time slot is reporting time. I dont think a patient is supposed to wait OVER AN HOUR for a single test, under any circumstances; a senior citizen , nevertheless, to report to a private diagnostic centre!We also noticed, some people who came in later than us getting the tests done, before us.Counter never keeps change, expects you to pay the full amount (this happened twice, when we came for multiple tests).The counter, instead of offering change, offers you a DUE, as in, the money would stay due to you (patient) from Quadra, which you will receive when you come to collect the report. ( Mind you, that the report is available online, you have no compulsion to come to Quadra for routine test reports). So the patient will be forced to come to Quadra twice unnecessarily because the counter does not bother to keep change. (Afternoon, morning, irrespective of the time).Unprofessional place.Ps, notice the paid reviews are very different from the real ones.

I was just scrolling down the reviews and I was amazed to see that they dont even want to acknowledge their mistakes let alone correct it. They are not responding to negative reviews but they appreciated all the positive reviews. This shows their attitude towards patients and their families.

Phone numbers dont work. Got hold of a number which was repeatedly disconnected while transferring to 41 Hazra. Still waiting at the clinic for 1 and half hour to book. Booking a test is hellish. Wonder how the testing will be. Highly unprofessional. How can a patient wait to book for so long?

Went for a MRI their mechine didnt work for almost a week and they want us to wait which we refuse to do. They have taken an advance which they havent rfunded and now after a week they send me a mail stating it will take 10 - 15 working days. This place is pathetically unprofessional. They just doing business care a damm about patients.

Their infrastructure may be good but their staffs behaviour and management system is worse. We faced difficulty there,went there 10 Am returned at 4 PM for two tests only. They kept telling us lies that our turn will be soon. Had a worst experience not expected at all.

Giving one star only for the renowned Doctor Avijit Chowdhury I visited. Otherwise the most unprofessional, third graded operators/staffs I faced till date. Getting their contacts over phone is like getting God on the other side. Totally disgusting patient care unit. Not worth a single penny.

Staff are non professional had to wait for 30 minutes to get an appointment booked for PT CT Scan. The receptionist was more interested in charging the diagnostic cost to my credit card. And once money was deducted from credit card I was told to wait and will be called soon. I fail to understand why I was made to wait.

I tried calling the centre several times for two days and each time it was busy and when finally the line got connected and they picked up the call and asked me about my query, and when I was telling them about the service that I wanted to have, the other line got completely silent for few seconds and then they hung up the phone. Avoid this lab at all cost ! They are providing wrong reports almost in all bloodtests.Heard that they are outsourcing the blood tests to some roadside centre!.In my case, they gave a wrong result, which is nearly tantamount to Cancer!Better go for Tribedi & Roy or Eastern Diagnostic.

Compared to other path labs, they are ridiculously high priced. One has to go on the net to compare package rates for tests and home collection. Recently got same tests done elsewhere at forty percent less, and they were just as accurate. So if you are going for any test check the rates out. And do challenge your doctor if they insist on a lab. After all you are paying so do not allow a doctor to frighten you into going to a particular lab.

Though modern equipment, clean premise, qualified doctors are its USP, all positives are negated due to their impolite sadistic staff handling patients at the reception desk (3rd floor). I had a follicular study appointment today and Id called to inform that I am running late due to personal emergency. The 3rd floor reception staff first lectured me about being late, and then rudely canceled my appointment though i pleaded that missing my test will mean inconclusive reports. This is not the first time I was tormented. They have made me sit for more than an hour after I said i have urine pressure and I cannot wait longer. They do not understand the sense of urgency though they are girls themselves. When they keep patients waiting for 2 hours or more beyond the appointed time, it is acceptable to them. But when we are late by 30 mins, they will make it sound like a heinous crime! I will never want to visit Quadra again for a USG! I rate them 0 in customer service! It is sad that for a couple of pests, they are earning a bad name!

I came for HSG and they have asked me to come at 10.30 but i need to wait for 2.5 hrs still no one can tell me the exact time by when my test will be done. so irritating as we need to wait for a long time. Not happy with the services they have provided.

Very Very Bad Experience. Their reports are not correct always. On 23rd August 2018, I did Ascending Urethrogram, from Quadra for my father. This test was quite expensive and done to diagnose any blockage in Urinary Bladder. It was done by a famous radiologist of Quadra. The Report was normal. it said there is no blockage. When I took the report to my Urologist he said the report was wrong as the X-Ray plate is showing some thing is there in the Urinary Bladder. So he asked me to get the Report reviewed again and my Doctor himself called Quadra and asked to that. This Monday 27th August, I went there..and after waiting for one hour I received a corrected report! But my previous report was taken back and the refused to give it. Even they were not apologetic also . My suggestion is not to go to Quadra for any test.

They have arrangements of blood sample collection from home but surprisingly they dont collect urine or stool samples. Very ridiculous system. If a person requires sample pickup , its obvious he has a difficulty in going to the clinic. Receptionists on phone are also equally unprofessional and try to dispose off the caller at the earliest without explaining anything. Absolutely disappointing experience.

Worst place to visit staffs are so unprofessional they are only interested in looting money they are themselves confused how much they have asked for the money very money minded people not to go there for any test reports are also not up to the mark..empathy is important in any medical line and there staffs should learn this

Worst Hospital ever. I would never suggest this hospital to anyone. I was forced to go to the hospital for Dr. Abhijit Chowdhury. The people at reception who take the call are very arrogant. First of all they are not ready to take appointments at a go.They asked me to come to hospital at 8pm and when I reach there ahead of the time and waited. They had booked appointment of about 42-44 people and me being the last on the list. By 9pm only 20 people on the list were able to visit the doctor. I dont understand that when they cant accommodate the quantum of PPL then why do they even take bookings for so many patients. Greedy hospital dont consider the fact that patients come from far for consultation.

I wish there was an option of zero or Negative stars.Unfortunately we visited quadra to find the pathetic arrogant Ill mannered and most insensitive staffs.Today I went with me wife who is 9 month pregnant and due for obstetrics in 10 days. I was given an appointment of 12 PM. Having No clue after sitting for one and half hours When I asked the concerned staff,she very causally said that your turn will come at around 3 PM and when I asked her that my appointment was at 12 and I reached here at 11.30 her response was more shocking.My wife is waiting in acute pain and insensitive staffs just kept on teasing in a way by offering stretcher rather than helping in prioritising.

Time for doppler USG given at 11 am. Till 1 pm no response. After urging the staff on faster service they said its normal to wait for 2 hours and its expected. When I created a fuss then someone came and said we are humans please be considerate. Dr. SUMITRA MUKHERJEE who was scheduled to conduct the test said i will not see her because she is yelling and refused to provide service after a 2 hour wait. She said please ask her to go somewhere else or see a different doctor. The patient then got transferred from 3rd floor to 1st floor where someone else is doing the test. Pathetic service, horrible staff behavior and rude doctor. The Quadra management should take more of an effort manage services and hire professional and curteous staff.

Worst service when it comes to booking for Doctors! They still rely on phone booking and u will never get them on time. U will have to call and call and call until someone picks up the phone to notify u that booking is over! U even cant book the doctors face to face by a visit. U will have to call them again and again. Sometimes, u will find them busy on another call. Next time u call, u will find that it will go on ringing and nobody picks up the phone! After trying for 2 hours continuously, u mi8 be able to catch up. The full system of booking is meaningless. If u complaint, they will disconnect the line. If u enquire for some other method of booking, they will reply u that booking over phone is the only method. They will directly tell u that u will have to go on trying fr hours fr booking! Simply pathetic system! Worst!

If anywhere else the people on their front line would have been fired for gross negligence, unprofessionalism and sheer stupidity!There were two tests undertaken and they handed over one report. When being repeatedly asked, they kept insisting that there was just one report, till after close to 4 days upon the doctors insistence, they finally realized there was another report. By this time needless to say the patients condition could have dramatically deteriorated.You are in the medical services business which deals with lives of people - dont make a joke of it with the useless bunch of morons you have hired as the front staff...anywhere else in the world such frontline staff would be fired on the spot....do yourself a favor and stay away from this place!
