Very nice and genuine people...Not money minded.Doctor and all type of medical facilities available here including canine blood tests.

The centre is neat and clean. The ambience is quite good. The personnel are helpful and caring. Pets are being taken care of by good experienced vets. Crèche facility is also available for pets.

I took my lil kitty. She was just not eating properly. That dumb doc prescribed me some meds I started giving her but after 2 days of medication she stopped even drinking water he suggested me to start saline twice daily I even agreed to that but after 1 day saline she passed away. Im regretting every Second for taking her to them. They dont care at all. Specially the doctor. Staffs of that clinic is okay okay but the dr. arko pravo he dont even bothers to check them properly. I really regret every second to took her to them because of my decision she died today. if you want your baby to live dont ever take them to this clinic.

Just love the place for its availability of pet food in terms of variety, size and they give you quite a discount when you are a regular and buy in bulk. 4 doctors are available in shifts on everyday throughout the week. You can buy meds, food, litters, collars, and every small to big thing for pets that you wish for. The clinic also offers a creche facility for both dogs and cats. A lovely place.

Pori talukdar charges whatever she can and absolutely in human. She is not a bad person but abad medic . she charges whatever she like and if the patients doesnt recover she care even less

One of the worst clinics in Kolkata. NEVER EVER take your pet there if you really love them and want them to live. They beat up pet during vaccination and not even let you stay infront of them. In-human!

The Doctor who sits here is very professional, knowledgeable and polite.. Almost all medicines referred by the doctor are available in the shop itself and the staff are also very polite and helpful

The worst clinic i have ever dealt with. they will never come for home check ups. i called them up @9p.m for an emergency health checkup for a stray dog and also mentioned if you cant help then please let me know i will find another clinic. they said they will call me back after consulting with doctor. they didnt call back rather switched off their phone. after an hour someone called me from another number and said they are coming @11.30 p.m but when i called them @11.30 they said they can not come.

They killed my cat due to sheer negligence. They suggested me to do a birth control operation. So I went to the pet clinic to neuter my cat. The cat was completely healthy. The doctor assured me of the safety of the procedure and advised me to keep my cat under their care for 3 days after the operation. I was present during the operation and I saw them having trouble with anesthetic dosage. Nevertheless, the doctor assured me that the operation was successful. The next morning they called me asking me to visit them and when I reached I came to know that my cat died. What was very shocking is that they couldnt even give a valid justification of the cause of death of my cat.

SHE CANNOT EVEN DISCERN THE FACT WHETHER A PET IS PREGNANT OR NOT !!! . SHE PERFORMED A SURGERY ON MY GOLDEN RETRIEVER AND TILL DATE MY PET HAS NOT RECOVERED ! INFACT SHE IS SUCH A DOCTOR WHO IS NOT EVEN AWARE WHEN TO CUT THE STITCHES. THE PARAVET PRESENT THERE DRESSED MY DOGS POST SURGICAL WOUNDS IN A TOTAL WRONG WAY. THE DOCTOR PRESCRIBED HUGE AMOUNTS OF STEROIDS WHICH WAS COMPLETELY UNNECESSARY. THE PARAVET HAS NO KNOWKEDGE OF DRESSING YET THE CLINIC CHARGES RS 300 PER DRESSING. DR PORI TALUKDAR GAVE STRONG MEDICINES TO MY DOG WITHOUT EVEN PRESCRIBING A LIVER GUARD. MY DOG STARTED REGULARLY VOMITING THEN SHE HURRIDLY CHANGED ALL THE MEDS & SWITCHED TO HOMEOPATHY . THIS DOCTOR DOES NOT EVEN HAVE A PROPER PRESCRIPTION SHE PRESCRIBES MEDICINES IN A BLANK PAPER !!! TOTAL BUNCH OF FRAUDSTERS WHO ARE SITTING THERE JUST TO EARN MONEY WHETHER YOUR PET LIVES OR DIES IS OF NO CONCERN TO THEM. IF YOU REALLY LOVE YOUR PET NEVER SET FOOT IN THAT DAMN PLACE !

Ninni took her last breath exactly at 3:30 am in the morning. She was a very healthy , playful , jolly ,5months old kitty. Some would say that cats are selfish and yes some of them really are. But she was like a small angel who would wait for you at the doorstep like an obedient dog. I often mentioned to my father that she is a dog inside a cats body. She would not move an inch from the warmth of my lap. But since 14th December she was starting to get a bit sick. We took her to the most supposed trusted vet clinic in our area , which is Aarogya Pet Clinic, Near N.S.C Bose Road, just beside DTDC Courier office Garia. She had loose motion and a bit of fever. They instantly gave her saline and some other medication ,which made her bit better and we thought she was starting to recover but again she started vomitting and started to deteoriate. Then again the doctor gave her saline for following three days and just when we thought that she was recovering , one morning she just refused to leave bed and her head would droop downwards. It was getting impossible to feed her medicines or any food for that matter. She was again given saline. The only treatment they could think of is saline . The moment she returned home , she collapsed and lay flat on the floor. Immediately we covered her under a blanket and heating pads were applied constantly. She was getting better but then since two days she refused to eat or drink and would only puke bile. The doctor at the clinic still couldnt figure out her exact problem and advised to test her blood for liver function test , which was carried out yesterday in the afternoon. She took the last dose of saline yesterday and came home. She couldnt take anything and started to vomit . She had reduced to a skeleton, her body couldnt take it any more. In the evening the reports werent even ready. I was fortunate enough to feed her the last drop of water. She was just a baby. Tomorrow she was going to turn 6 months .She did not get the right medication and the funniest part is that her liver was completely fine. The doctor couldnt even diagnose the illness she had. She got so afraid of medicine and needles that she refused to even go to the clinic. If they couldnt diagnose her illness then on what basis they gave her all the medicines. It has really become a business, where they suggest you things that would be great for your pet when it is just their scheme of making money at their cost. The only purpose of sharing this story in social media is because I dont want that this thing gets repeated with anybody else. Because it breaks you apart when you lose somebody so close to your heart. We took our cat there when he was bit by dogs badly. They cured him well with adequate care and treatment. They demonstrated dexterity in operation and provided decent post treatment expertise for our cat. Highly recommended!

Totally unprofessional bunch of hooligans.... Everyone pretending to be a big vet themselves. They gave me an appointment for my ailing cat at 6.00pm and the doctor herslf arrived at 8.30 pm. Thereafter the inexperienced staffs are tetsing for locations without properly channelling the veins. My cat went through a lot of pain. But they were concerned to inject a lot of irrelecant medicines for surging the bill. I swear if the shop was in my locality I would have shown them the way to get themselves admitted in a clinic... Bunch of f¥©*£rs...

The place & the behavior of the people of there was not like that its a clinic. They are more interested to advertise different products. And the doctor miss Pori majumder....its better if I dont say anything about her. Actually this profession is not for her. Dont go there if your pet is in serious condition or need any emergency treatment.

Situated just 1 minute walking distance from Sree Ramkrishna Paramhans Vidyapith School, Garia, which facilitates well trained grooming facility for Pet Dogs..Dog foods are easily available along with other Pet Accessories..Good place to visit for Pet Carers.

Worst experience with them. Whoever is thinking about visiting this clinic, I would suggest dont. They kept taking money from us and giving injections and prescribing medication for my pooch, which he doesnt even need. Bunch of cheaters. They dont even deserve one star.

This Dr. Pori Talukdar woman is not a good or even decent doctor at all. She did not show any interest in our pup at all, in fact she had NO physical interaction with our pup AT ALL. She never touched our pup and just glanced at him from a distance and wrote diagnoses from what she can see from her desk and smell from her desk like she is some kind of dog whisperer.Her two male workers who are not even certified vets were the ones that touched our dog but not even for examination of anything only to give him injections and force medications.As soon as we went there she asked why we went there and we showed her pictures of our puppies feces, which was causing both of us concern because he was having constant liquid diarrhea and had some tiny red splotches which she ASSUMED was blood (she likes doing things from assumptions and no actual testings or examinations). JUST from looking at two pictures she pointed to her two workers and told them to inject him with saline right away, let me remind you she didnt examine the dog at all. When the saline was injected he pooped everywhere and there was no more sightings of red splotches in the poop but she didnt even look at it, she just said (from her desk) that I suspect parvo, I can tell from the smell (she can tell what disease a dog has by smelling it lol, that is one powerful nose huh) and she wrote a long list of prescriptions and started a saline routine right away. She told us to ONLY go to her and nobody else. We told her that we live very far away and it costed a lot of money just to get there, she was adamant with her decision though, and we were willing to do it.Our puppy wanted to eat food and she told us not to feed him ANYTHING and only to do his saline routine. Within a couple days our puppy got so weak, hungry, and skinny that we could see all of his bones and he could barely walk, and she STILL insisted on not feeding him anything and to just keep getting saline from her, even though there were no signs off progression she didnt change any methods. He died in our arms after suffering an entire week.She should NOT be a vet. She does NOT care for animals, and she is just a money hungry woman that thinks she is a genius that sits on a high horse.AFTER our dog died we went to another vet and told them the entire procedure this Dr. Pori told us to do. The first thing they told us was if this was parvo then she should have never gave our puppy regular saline that is basically just water and salt, she should have given him RL saline which has lactose and other supplementary additives since the dog will not be eating.AFTER EVERYTHING we called Dr. Pori to ask about why she made us do regular saline for our dog that SHE diagnosed with parvo and basically starved him instead of giving him RL saline, and her obnoxious disgusting rude self said oh I never said your dog had parvo I dont know what you are talking about, the dog never had parvo and I never even suspected parvo We called her out on it and told her she is lying and should at least own up to her mistake and she said we are the wrong ones and we are the liars and blocked our number. What a sad disgusting woman.I have proof of her prescribing parvo medications too, so lol try to deny it now Dr. Pori

My kitten was treated here...Proper check-ups...huge stock of pet foods and meds.Fees and prices are reasonable here and so are the people.So come down for a quick check-up for your pets.

Very bad .... earlier they were good but now they are just up to making money ...........they just know to give saline .... and medicines which we are not aware of and may be pet dosent need them ... earlier year april 24th one of my lab died because of them and this year again one of my lab is ill and i think after they treated her her she is more ill now ........ guys they are not good anymore .... trust me they just need money ...they dont come on time and now their behavior is more bad and rude towards their client which is not acceptable we are paying money for the treatment ....DONT TRUST !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
