I had to take my cat to this Pet Vet World clinic and according to the appointed time I had to wait there , only to realize it took an hour or so for the assistants to inform me that the doctor wasnt free to do a checkup due to a prior appointment. I thus, had to keep the patient out of his home for nearly 2 hours without food or water. The doctor was not at all responsible; hereby in this situation of handling a patient. I would NOT recommend this clinic for the patients to get their worthy treatment due to the utterly irresponsible and nonchalant attitude towards the patients. Furthermore, for a clinic with professional experience , it is quite shocking to witness the extent to which the officials had been clueless and confused about my cats medical condition and FAILED to suggest proper guidance.Thank You. Do consider other institutions and better doctors.

Pet vet clinic people are inhumane. they are just money hungry.they will not take any responsibility when your pet will be sick.my cat died because of their miss guidance.

Grooming staff is extremely incompetent.Does not know to how to use a scissor.Wasted 2 hours struggling with a trimmer.Complete waste of money.Made my Shih Tzu girl look pathetic.Request owner to hire trained staff.

Dont go there . just dont go there . they took my 6 years dogs life. They guranteed my dog will be okay after operation of pancrea. And after the operation they did nothing to save my dog . specially doctor BASAK .he was not even sorry for what he did.

Went for a doctors visit because a puppy had some rashes. It was only because of the summers. Got prescribed a truckload of medicines when just an ointment would have been sufficient. I would not recommend this place to anyone.The reason Im rating this place 3 stars instead of one is because of the excellent staff members. The people at the clinic are very kind and you can see that they truly love dogs.

Very Happy about their service when the kitten who met with an accident was handled very sympathetically and correctly. The medicines prescribed helped the kitten get back to her normal movements. Have uploaded few photos after she was back to her playful self. Thanks Pet Vet

Hospital was very good, staff over there was very good and helpful. Unfortunately I had a puppy who was 45 days old and had the parvovirus. Doctor was very good. Unfortunately my puppy did not make it because he was 2 small but the way he was treated I would recommend this place to anyone who has issue with their pet.

I suggest not to visit this placePresent doctor is not up to the mark.Due to their improper treatment I lost my rabbit bunny on 24 03 21. at the operation theatre though it was very minor.Mistake with me for coming here instead of Belgachia veterinary College which I use to visit always for treatment of my pets.Belgachia veterinary will be always preferable

A very good addition to pet clinics in kolkata, I am really very thankful for their services. My Retriever was very sick and it was a weekend, I was not able to find any good place to visit, I was very tensed. Then I got to know this place through Google, I was a bit sceptical as its a new clinic but, I had no other option but to visit this place. Eventually everything was great, the Doc took a close look and the assistants were very good. The reception is very friendly which I liked the most. I hope they maintain everything they are doing now. I cannot comment on different kinds of services and charges as I have visited just once.

Brought my puppy to them with a severe case of parvovirus. My dog was dehydrated to the point that he couldnt even stand up. The previous vet we had been consulting nearly killed him. We had lost all hope until we stumbled upon Pet Vet World on Google. Got my puppy to them on 1st Jan and though the treatment took a while, Rex started showing inmediate signs of getting better. By a week he was completely fine! The doctor, the staff are all excellent. I would highly highly recommend them. Thanks to them my pup is alive and fit as a fiddle!

I took my cat there in an emergency she was weak and was not eating and was nauseous.The doctor was not present that day as it was Sunday the paravets out there did an amazing job.She was put on IV immediately and her blood test was done. She seemed better with that IV but was not eating anything so had to continue IV for about 5 days .Also she had kittens who were 15 days old and she was not feeding them so they gave me a formula . Unfortunately the kitten contracted the virus and passed awayShe was diagnosed with Feline Calcivirus and had ulcer in her tongue.The doctor prescribed an oinment to be applied locally on the ulcer .After applying it 3 times she started eating she got better and now she is a perfectly healthy cat.Thanks to pet vet worldDr Basak and especially the Paravets

Best clinic in kolkata with best facilities

I took a rescued kitten about 45 days old and consulted senior doctor Basak.Dr. Basak very conveniently prescribed medicines available at the pharmacy of the clinic. My kitten has tapeworms for which I was given a dewormer for dogs. To add to it, because I was not comfortable buying other medicines from them they tried to scare me into buying the medicines from them stating that the dewormer is a worm poison and can affect kidney and liver of the kitten.I have lost a kitten to misdiagnosis and paraphernalia of medicine probably unrelated to my kittens illness which was still not diagnosed when she passed away.Senior doctor Basak does not know what kitten milk replacement formula are available in Indian market and I had to repeat it for him to understand. He still wrote it wrong. What is the most surprising is that he prescribed whiskas kitten food meant for kittens two months of age to my about 45 days old kitten.These shamans know nothing about feline health, especially rescued ones. We depend on YouTube videos of mostly foreign origin where practice of veterinarian medicine and facilities and the quality of veterinarian doctors is way better than here in India.Practice of medicine is no longer a service.bits become a money minting business. And boy oh boy are these people good at it. The lady at reception tried to sell me a carrier, a shampoo and a few other items while I was waiting.Thieves. Dacoits and murderers. Not doctors.

They are robbers in disguise of vet. Dr. Fees 500, Service Charge 200 and Registration 50, total Rs 750 is only their charges. And balance charges is actual cost of treatment.

Really had a good experience with them.I took my 2 and a half month puppy with the skin problem of skin rashes all over his neck,eye and ear.The dog given such a good medicine that he got well within 24hrs.I am so happy now.
