Good place, behaviour is good from everyone there. So far no complaints.

Horrible experience. The female owner of the store is rude and disrespectful and they do not know how to control sick animals. Very disappointed. Please take your pets elsewhere.

Exceptionally Good place. The support They extended to my little 4 legs family member is remarkable. They have recently moved to a new location( CD 230, Sector 1, salt lake).

Most third class center for pets.... I requested to govt for band this kind of center all over kolkata.... Ektao manusher bachha naaa... Shameless people...

Worst possible experience l have faced over there .. I took my healthy playful Shih tzu for grooming at Pet mansion ... First of all their behavior unexpectedly was very rude and the doctor was good very adamant .. I really dont have any idea what they have done with my puppy after coming out from grooming center his right leg has become completely non-functional ..My shih tzu is not even able to move from a place and continuously screaming very badly in pain ..The very next day I consulted another experienced doctor who figured out His leg was badly injured and damaged ...they did not bother to inform me about this mishap .. Please avoid this place at all means ...I would give 0 rating for this place ..

Good behaviour of doctorCalm atmosphere

One of my close friend’s pet dog was brought to this place for grooming. But since the time he has come back to my friend’s place from Pet Mansion - he stopped walking and is crying continuously sitting at one place. He is not able to walk at all. So, please don’t bring your pets to this place.

Worst experience, the lady vet who sits there have no idea how to handle animals be it a dog or a cat, very rude and dont know how to behave with a customer. No professional ethics, there are alot better veterinary places, avoid this one unless you wanted to be treated like garbage. Just another business with little to no care for animals.Took my pet a few weeks back, the helper didnt even know how to handle, what is the helper there for??? Would give 0 star if possible!!
