I would not suggest anyone to get counselling from. He is self obsessed person he us to compare his own children with other and down your confidence. i would not suggest you to meet him. All he want is money, money and money. Myself being a Psychology student i know any councilor should not disclose his or her personal problem or experience with patient. All he says is parents want to hear. He will not give u way but will manipulate you. Personally i will suggest not to go to him...😡😡😡😡😡

He is the worst ,most money minded psychologist Ive ever met. I was suffering from anxiety and depression in my highschool so my father took me to him. All he did was to listen to my father complaining about me and then telling me the exact things my father wanted to hear. Obviously, since my father was the one paying him, all he wanted to do was to please him.But I used it to my advantage and told my father that if he is saying the things you already know and say to me, why bother wasting your money on him 🤓and persuaded my father to not take me there again. He said nothing that could help me, and one more thing, his stuffs are excellently blunt and incompetent. So think before you waste your money. Having him victimising your patient may actually make the condition worse.

I just want to share you guys my experience.....I went to him as a teenager suffering from depression and low self esteem.......and I would urge you guys to never go to him.....like he is the most judgemental and peculiarly self obsessed person I ever met....he would never want to listen to you or your problems..he would just judge you and impose his own thoughts on you....All he cares about is money....After I went to him, I started feeling more depressed and started hating myself....my comment has nothing to do with personal hate or something but I would never want anyone to experience the same thing that I had to go through after meeting him.

Very worst experience while taking counselling with him. I personally would not recommend for counselling with Dr. Amit Chakraborty for family related problems. His style of counselling is very offensive with male. To me it appeared very destructive.He does not follow any methods of DANA( Diagnostic & analytical approach).
