I had taken my cat on the 28th of last month with complains of not eating and vomiting and told them to administer IV but they did not and instead gave 2 injections of Rantac and Taxim.Absolutely not reliable place and no doctors available it seems all there doctors are available for online prescription and then there uneducated staff administer the dosses.If any one wants call or mail me I will tell you the real experience

Amazing veterinary clinic. A bit on the higher end as it is a private clinic but the diagnosis and doctors and staff members are really nice. They are helpful and do whatever they need to do to take care of the situation. Have visited the place quite often with my cat. The cat has been treated and neutered there and is healthy now with all the other treatments as well. They are very professional when it comes to take certain actions in given time. If you have a pet and can afford a bit better treatment than a government hospital or clinic, Balaji Animal Health Care is a must to look forward to.

Its a huge thing i can get it from here,, actually i have rabbits, they are sick from many days, i was worried, i try search treatment & dr,,i also go pets medicibe shop,, but no one can help me out,, then after many time i found this hospital from someone ( thankfull to him) & i reached there with my sick childs,,, bt also during this time i lost my babys (6),, i tried my best,,, bt i.m not a dr,,😭i dont khow in the sick situation how to treat them,, bt when i reached there with my baby (one was 3 mnth & other only 1 & half week) they treat me like they r the parents of them, i fully satisfied,,,, bt on that day evening i lost my liitle baby 1&hlaf week only,, i called them when c is in breathig problem,, bt my home not nearest from the hospital,, & before i reach the hospital,, c gone 😭😭i cant do anything,,, c need oxyzen,,, bt now the otherone in their treatment,, c takes medicine & injection,,, i hope c will b fine soon,,,, my rating & stars only for those Heroes who bheave with them, like every life is important to us,, in out society no one care if there a rabbit can die😭, ( include my family also) bt i do care,, i lost my child,, i khow what tje actually pain was,,,,,

Please do not go there.WORST SERVICEever.doctors want only money.they just want to take your money and they treated my pet badly.if you dont want to kill your pet please do not go there

Services provided are alright, like paramedic staff is always present and they have facilities like x-ray machine, etc.It would have been great if they provided a concession or waiver(even if it is a little) for animals that live on the streets and need to be aided and rescued. Thank you for your services, appreciate it, and hopefully my suggestion is considered.

I have been coming here for my cats treatment for quite sometime now. I am absolutely contented with the way they treat their patients and the kind of service I got was unquestionably good. I have came across a lot of veterinary doctors, clinics and hospitals out of which I recommend very few but this is most certainly one of those, which I will recommend any day.

Doctors behaviour is very nice and friendly.

Loved the experience. They are very cooperative and even though their closing time is 7 pm, they welcomed us even when we went after that till 7:30 pm. My Persian kitten was dehydrated, and they gave the right advices, she got active right after the first day!The assistants were very friendly and the male doctor was patient.Recommended!

One of the worst places to get your pet treated...The doctor is not present most of the times and the assistants despite having no knowledge whatsoever.. act as if they know everything. Nice people good doctors are here. They treated my dog which was suffering from kidney related issues though I lost my dog but the Veterinarian and team tried their very best to save him. Only issue is the timing of the Veterinarian attendind was very odd at 12 noon that too on Weekdays no weekend schedule odd but since not a human case otherwise could have revilted for urgency.

Unreasonably expensive

Extremely rude behaviour by certain staff towards me. I came for getting treatment for my pet and was treated very badly for no reason. The Xray technican has no clue about her job and I am sure has had zero training in her craft. The doctor hardly replied to any of my questions.I was left with a feeling that these people cannot be trusted with our pets. If you want good treatment go to Dr konar in the same locality.

The doctor is not reliable, the person attending the pets doesnt know anything about pets and pretends to know everything and misbehave with everyone, they killed my gsd by giving him saline wrongly, with wrong medicines
