I am ..,...., Resident of local area, Behala Sakher bazar. My mother Mrs Ranju Mitra of ......years, was suffering from an extremely painful mouth ulcers for last one year. She had been shown to various specialist for the same in Kolkata. But there was no fruitful and long-term relief of the same. The problem became more troublesome when she felt extremely burning sensation even with normal daily foods since 4-5 months. We got extremely tensed and that time we were really guided by our treating dental surgeon, Dr Saha, who only advised us to meet Lt Col (Dr) indranil Mukhopadhyaya (Retd), senior consultant oral-dental surgeon and Stomatologist at Apollo clinic Thakurpukur. When we met Dr Mukhopadhyaya, he clearly told us about the disease in details and also assured us about complete recovery. But he also requested us to follow his instructions completely. He gave few medicines which initially reduces the burning sensation and discomfort to some extent and there after he stared with one specific medicine for two months after ascertaining the disease by a small surgery from ulcer area. At present my mother is completely from all type of ulcer and has started taking normal food, as Dr Indranil has guided in last vist. Our review has been scheduled every quarterly. I am sharing my experience to thank Dr Indranil Mukhopadhyaya from my core of my heart for giving us complete relief from extremely painful mental agony and to guide-help all the patients who are also suffering from any mouth ulcer. Dr.Kallol Sengupta is a Dr. With worst behaviour, very unprofessional. He has left my sister cry with his behaviour. Firstly they have do a wrong ECG report. We have checked the report in google and we come to know that in just 26yrs of age she is having a heart disease so it was a extremely worried situations has come up all of a sudden. When we meet with the Dr in our next visits he has told us that the ECG made by Apollo clinic is wrong & we have to do a new report. Post to that we come to know that as of now everything is fine. But the moment we ask him to reconfirm that the previous report we checked with Google and its showing that immediate required to consult with a cardiac. The moment he brust on us he keep saying that your sister has done MBBS so that she can do everything by her own, she dont required any dr. Consultation and bla bla.. Seriously we never know that by just saying that which report we should trust & is everything all right, he will brust on us in that way.

Recently I have booked a slot for RT-PCR test for my family for intra-state travel in which I saw a negligence in sharing the report of the test. They have collected the sample on the said date. While sharing the report first they told me to share a screenshot of the paid receipt. Which I did to their whatsapp no as directed by the executive. When I have not received the same and ask what is the status of my report they ask me to mail to a specific team.I couldnt understand when I have make the payment and what is the issue in sharing the report on whatsapp upon my shared receipts. It was not that they are not sharing the report because by mistake they have shared someone else RT-PCR report which they recalled when I questioned them.I havent expect this type of service from them. Very poor service of this branch. Need more governance to streamline the process.

Covid 19 protocol is not maintained by the people to be vaccinated by the Appolo Thakurpukur, Kolkata.

Its been an wonderful and friendly experience to visit this center for my vaccination. The staff over there are very welcoming and took as much care as possible after being vaccinated. Each and everyone of the receptionist, proud to speak of Swagata, Dipa, Joyita etc. working there are real jewels and bring out their 100% efficiency to serve patients even in times of crisis. Thank to the entire team for being at our side in the time when we need you the most. But I would like to highlight the problem of shortage of staff to the higher management.

I visit to consult my doc,Dr indranil mukherjje.God sent doc.He sincerely guided me and today I am much Better(my mouth would open max upto 22mm,today it was 36mm).Gr8 soul dr Mukherjee Didint take credit,was saying its a miracle.i delayed the scheduled visits ,he stil forgave me I.Thanks a million Doctor.U r indeed a gr8 soul.thx a million doctor saab.

This is a very patient friendly environment. Adequate waiting area, friendly staff and efficient management. I was amazed to see the professional handling with smiling faces even during the pandemic (peak of the second wave). I went with few super seniors (80+) for vaccination. I cannot thank them enough the way the team Appllo Clinic at Thakurpukur made the vaccination process smooth for these very vulnerable people. A BIG thanks to Kakoli Bhattacharya for facilitating this elderly population addressing all their special needs.

Not providing the reports on time. Bad smell coming out of toilet..Unhygienic environment. Waiting place is on toilet.

Visited Dr Indranil at the Dental clinic. His set up is excellent and he has great clinical acumen and humane nature. I visited Apollo Clinic Thakurpukur and was treated by Dr. Indranil Mukhopadhyay. He is very experienced and expert in his field. He efficiently took care of my sensitive teeth and carried out scaling to certain parts that other dentists didnt attempt. He correctly diagnosis the root cause of stain in teeth and advised me accordingly.

Visited this clinic on 1st Jan 2021 in search of a good dentist with excruciating pain at one of my premolar teeth after two sleepless nights. By chance I met with Dr Indranil Mukherjee and in a span of less than an hour he had miraculously eased my pain. Later, he had done a RCT and saved my tooth and gave back my normal food habit. No words to complement him enough. On the top of that, he called me twice to check how am I doing which is so very rare.

The vaccination drive is terribly unorganised. I have not received the vaccination certificate even after 15 hours of vaccination.

Our heartfelt gratitude towards Dr. Indranil Sir for successfully eradicating the problem of Glossodynia suffered by my mother. Highly appreciate the wonderful and quick hassle-free treatment from Apollo Clinic (Thakurpukur)Our Successful journey to Dr. Indranil Mukhopadhyay at Apollo Clinic (Thakurpukur) :-From October,2019 suddenly my mother was feeling too much pain on the right back side of her tounge and gradually it was increasing day by day. It was such absurd situation that only when u will go for any eatables for that moment the pain happens and rest of the time it will not... Earlier we havent came across such situation and also we were not giving it that much importance as from outside we were not able to observe any thing on the tounge. But the pain gradually increased while going for anything to eat and slowly it started also feeling like a pinching pin when she used to talk a bit loud and quickly.. Then seeing this abnormal situation we visited first with our local dentist but they told its nothing just a wrong sensation of mind and they prescribed to brush with Sensodyne with soft bristles brush. But following the same didnot gave any such fruitful result. Then I thought it might be a matter of Nerve hence we visited a neurologist at a renowned hospital in Kolkata, they too failed to Diagnose and prescribed directly MRI of Brain and prescribing some Nerve tablets including Vitamin B tablets. Being skeptical, I did not directly go for Brain MRI but was continuing with the Nerve tablets which was making her feel sleepy and drowsy but no positive effects. After few days we had a plan for a trip to Bangalore for 4 days. So then thr too we visited a renowned hospital where they suggested to go for Grinding of all the 4 quadrants teeth (posterior upper and lower jaw) due to sharp edges cervical abrasions and an Ointment to apply on the tounge where pain persists. After undergoing the same, gradually she was feeling less pain and it was somewhat okkay and she told now a bit less pain but it did not remove completely.. So like this 3 months she was a bit comfortable while eating foods due to less pain but from the 4th month again sudden Pin pinching pain started arising while taking food and when talking in a noramal speed.. The pain was not going away and it was again increasing day by day.. I was very much worried and thought again of last chance i.e. to go for Brain MRI as was suggested by the neurologist. But then my maternal uncle requested me to visit one last tym to Apollo Clinic Thakurpukur to Dr. Indranil Mukhopadhyay. And on the very first day my mother was diagnosed with Glossodynia which is a very rare case i.e. happens very rare and is not easily diagnosable. So after undergoing proper medication as was prescribed by Indranil Sir, the problem was getting solved gradually and within 4.5 months and with proper visit as prescribed on 3 intervals the problem got totally solved and my mother is feeling no pain on the tounge anymore during taking solid food or while having conversations and is feeling very much happy and relaxed by getting it fully cured. 😊😊...It was a great privilege and an unforgettable experience to visit Dr. Indranil Mukhopadhyay and Apollo Clinic for getting this rare problem of Glossodynia solved for us and that too in this pandemic COVID-19 situation.

Worst experience ever. Staffs do not have manner to talk. For USG they dont follow serial numbers. Especially when you go for pregnancy usg, they will do it at last whether your serial no. is 1/2 Or 3 because pregnancy usg level II takes time. I will never suggest to visit this clinic.

Very bad experience, I done covid test for my international flight, but they done test from 3rd party. On the report they dont use Apollo letter pad nor even any Apollo rubber stamp.Am pretty much sure they are not orginal Apollo.Spice Jet, Kolkata to Dubai, not accept their given paper, and return me from airport. Without any refund.Staff not have knowledge, dought about the education for recipients staff, they make mistakes to write the spelling of my name. Amaze they cant copy the spelling of my name from the 3rd party report.Please avoid the clinic.🙏

The doctor was nice and courteous. No complaints there. But what was appalling was the service. Just imagine, a big name like Apollo and they do not accept Gpay/Paytm or any other wallet. To my horror I also realised they do not accept cards. Essentially they force you to pay cash. When asked why, they said they have to pay cash to the doctors.Otherwise the place was clean and covid protocols were followed.

Even you if call them up 10 times. They will not pick up your call. Very poorly maintained help desk.

Had taken a hba1c test on 6th Nov,2020 morning. The lab used for blood-test was filled with bloody cotton swabs and syringes from previous day. It usually should take 24hrs to generate the report. Came on 7th afternoon for reports, they told to come in the evening as report wasnt generated even after 24 hours. I came back in the evening and they had closed the clinic. Next day afternoon, I had to wait for 40 minutes as report was yet not typed. No coordination amongst staff. Irresponsible behaviour and completely unsatisfactory service.Definitely never coming back for anything here. Also useless incase of emergencies as the clinic shuts down by 8pm

Was very satisfied with their service and the level of precaution they are maintaining during this pandemic. I just have one question regarding what kind of form they are making the patients sign ? I was in a haste so i couldnt read the entire form , it would really help to get some response.

Problem with them is to get an update you have to call them 1000 times as noone picks the call.

Went there on 11th Nov for USG, Doc refused to entertain because it was 10:45 and he was supposed to leave at 11:00, even after explaining the situation. The lady at reception said that we can come on 12th by 9:00. Went there again today only to discover that the USG starts from 11:30 today. Pathetic experience from an org of such repute. They dont even answer the phone.

Its a best clinic in this area. Very clean and safe to visit.My mother is 58 years old. She has been suffering from oral sores for the last 3 years. We visited many doctors but no one was able to cure her. We almost lost hope for her recovery. Then we came to know about Professor (Lt Col) Dr Indranil Mukhopadhyaya, Sr consultant oral and dental surgeon, and stomatologist. The clinic is just beside the Bajaj Showroom(50mts) on DH road.The diagnostic centre is well equiped and they have quite a good number of physicians and consultants in the clinic covering more or less every department and I think they will aslo cover the departments that are not available for consultation soon (like opthalmology).They have good facility for imaging of all sorts like xray, usg, echocardiography and etc.They have also some sorts of package of test in low price also.**The best thing about this place is the precautions they are taking in this time of pandemic .Each and every one are getting sanitised before entering the centre and getting the temperature,pulse and oxygen satuartion test done and every one have to sign a form befor entering.

Very very bad experience . Staffs are so unprofessional. I got my hba1c blood test report after 51 hours of my test and i got it after so much harassment. In the billing time the receptionist was unable to take card payment as he does not know the process.

Clean, systematic, good renowned doctors, full diagnostic lab including X-ray and USG.

They created the tests/charges in such a way that the important ones are excluded. I have done a complete liver test however few comments were missing, so had to visit another diagnostic centre.

Very bad experience for full body check up. Have to visit 4 times for test , report collection and check up with doctor only because of miss management of front desk staffs specially with Miss Jayashree .
