Infrastructure and development work is visible and clean hospital compounds. Availability of medicine is also diverse but without UMANG Card no give you free treatment. Thanks a lost but there some glitch in system people seating in enquiry are not active. After asking several times then they answered and ask to look around because he dont know exactly what he doing. Overall experience is fair enough as it is a Government Hospital.

Horrible hospital! The staffs and the nurses are extremely rude and their behaviour towards patient and their families are extremely unacceptable. The doctors are also egoistic and do not communicate anything to the relatives. If you ask anything, theyll tell you to go to some other hospital. Such attitude is not expected. Horrible hospital. Highly Disappointed, lost my beloved aunt because of doctors failure, she was having breathing issues(Not Covid19) and infection in lungs(as per doctors)and no other disease ,nurse/aaya caught mark complete on register regards to injection doses but patient dosent received that. Its high time when Govt. should inspect all hospital under them regularly otherwise people will lost there lives.They should hire experienced doctors to take care all patients accordingly. Hospital Situation Part 1:- Every day & every moment we are having a horrible day.My father is admitted on 17th August 2021 to B.R Singh Hospital (Sealdah)ward Medical 3,I got a sources from my relatives, then they have take an action.Now he is shifted to Surgical ward ,Bed No 38, The saddest thing is that he has been given a bathroom next door,there is such a bad smell, there is no fan, more importantly, the patients are being kept in this way and no one has any headache about it.From today they have taken an initiative to his treatment, otherwise they don’t take care of my father, day by day he didn’t get any treatment only basic treatment he got.Part 2:- Nurse:-The behavior of the nurses and stuffs are very bad. Actually they dont know how to behave with the patients and their families. I think they only work here for the money.If you ask anything, theyll tell you to go to some other hospital.Such attitude is not expected. Horrible hospital. Horrible doctors. They think patient parties are idiots and don’t know anything. Even most of them do not bother to inform about patients condition.Hospital hygiene is not maintained. In addition, rats, dirty things are left behind.Part 3:- Ward Boy & Aya :- Most interesting thing is the ward boy & Aya they want only money,we have allocated them for take care of the patient, actual scenario is different, The ward boy is kept to feed the patient, to keep him clean, but here the patient is not fed properly. And there is no one to look after these.But they are very punctual, for example: they will leave before the end of their duty. If you have to submit some documents, he will leave by that time, giving you less time. Otherwise, the work will be later, if someone dies in it, there is no problem, there is an excuse, I was not on duty. There is a business going on here. With the patient & his family.they don’t take care of the patient. Their behave like king of this hospital & they got all the authority to misbehave to the patient parties.Nurse has seen the misbehave, but they protest anything, because they got the commission from them.My mother old is 60 up,ward boy from surgical ward he don’t know how to behave a human being.We don’t know who is allocated them & How they will entered this hospital. If they don’t minimum courtesy how they have work day by day. Administration of the hospital is very poor.These are the doctors & nurses who claim to be their gods, can they really be honored after so many things?Do they really deserve to be honored, if they do not honor others, do not value it in the time of others. B R Singh is one of the worst kind of hospital. Almost all nurses and most of the doctors behave rude and low graded. They think patient parties are idiots and donot know anything. Even most of them do not bother to inform about patients condition.My father had prostate operation four month ago in this hospital and that prostate again enlarged. With this my father developed chest and urinary tract infection.They did not treat chest and urinary infection of my father. Instead they released him saying these are old age complications and they have nothing to do more. My father was dying so I am compelled to admit him in a private hospital. He is now recuperating.I am requesting indian rail to shut down these rail hospitals instead give them health insurance.

The R.B Singh Hospital is spread over a large area.In the recent year a new emergency building has come up in front of the entrance of the hospital.Lift and staircase facility is available.Moreover canteen facility is provided at a minimal cost.Cleanliness is good and chairs are available near every medical ward.Ambulance and wheelchair is also available.

The biggest hospital ran by Railways in Bengal with emergency facilities to the railways staffs. There is also high quality referral services available for critical patients.

It was bit crowded and the que system is biased but gets your work done if you have plenty amount of time in your hand and afterall its a public hospital

Its Life line of every railway employee, not only railway out side only referred case entertained. Many patent party stay night at emergency who come from far ( even BIHAR).. No ladies (patient party) allowed in night.. There are dormitory but with limited availability .1) follow Aaya concept 150 per shift for better service2) offer services more than its resources comprising Govt hospital.3) lack of professionalism due to Govt employees specially Sisters and other support staff4) no dedicated help desk or doctors meet scheduled5) Even security RPF at Gate treat patients party as unwanted burden.Parking is big problem of this hospital.. Even patent / employees having own car / Bike not allowed.. Out side parking either in Sealdah Station or big bazaar which is very inconvenience due to heavy congested area.

Hospital staffs and doctors are less interested in informing about the health of patient. Very pathetic communication.

Good but this hospital only for railway stuff.

The patient is going through a very critical condition.. tomorrow he was to be operated according to the doctors advice.. But today it has been suddenly reported to be Corona positive and has been shifted to corona ICU ward.. within one month he has been tested for four times as Corona negetive.. there is no corona symptoms in the patient.. May be he would be diagnosed as Corona positive after staying with the Corona patients.. we the relatives are practically in the dark..We dont know whether he would survive or not.. It really proves a malsystem of the BR Sing hospital .It is true that the doctors in the hospital are very good and sometimes the best in their treatment but the hospital staffs , the nurses and the other workers are not at all caring to the patients.Recomended....do not go there if you want your patient to be treated properly..

My grandma..who has been problem of asthma..when she admitted in b r singh hospital..they said in the 3rd day that she was corona positive while last 2 times she tested as negative result..and on the 3rd day she was dead.. dnt go there if you want your family member..

Its basically a railway hospital and also a central government employees. Anyone can get free first aid from there. Nice facilities here, good environment and very warm behaviour of the staff who works here. Treatment is also very professional, you can feel here like homely. I give them a five star and they deserve it.

A Railway Hospital under SEALDAH DIVISION, EASTERN RAILWAY. It is just beside the SEALDAH station, in front of SEALDAH court & Big Bazaar. A very good communicated place in all respect. After opening of Saldah Metro Station in East-West metro route it will be more & more smoothly communicated hospital. The hospital is having CORONA isolation ward, ICU, ITU, ENT department with Audiometry, Eye OPD with Optometrist, Eye surgery with latest technology, all OPDs, Medical stores, Gynecological OPD, Cardiology, and a number of experienced Physicians and Surgeons leading the large reputed hospitals. I myself got a new life from the hospital.

I am grateful to B.R. Singh hospital. This hospital consists of efficient doctors no doubt but we expect the hospital staff to be polite to the patient party when they are in crisis.

This hospital is very careless and very bad. If we want to talk our patient they are not leting us to talk to our patient , they are not leting to keep a phone with the patient. None of the nurses or the doctors words are not good. Its just irritable.

This is the best railway hospital in all over eastern railway. Treatment is free for rail employees & chargeble for others who admitted through reference of employees. Now maximum doctors are coming as call basis from private. It is just foot steps distance from Sealdah rail station.

Specialized doctors good treatment

Had a great infrastructure of past, but lost its credibility with time.Have multidisciplinary infrastructure but doctors are unavailable beyond pocket hours. Sisters are unapproachable, stationed at their rooms, rooms are at the mercy of the ayas and junior trainee nurses. Medical records and questions are beyond the reach of patient party. Its a we know it all and we do the right thing environment. Follow it or shift your patient elsewhere.

Two years before my father had some black spots in his legs. He went for the doctor check up in b.r.sing hospital. They ask my father-can those spots are disturbing you, so why you want to disturb them. The doctors cant able to understand that those r liver spots. A cream was given for the spots but when my father understand that cream was not working then he told the doctor its not working but the doc told wait and watch. Then after 1.5 yaer my father admitted for assitis and lever problem and the one and only symptom is the black spots in his legs. Last 1 mounths my father was treated like a experimental things. And last 10 days they treated my father a casual patient for that a lever patient had a genalral bed. When after watching 10 days we able make a cl form a minister then they sift my father in itu bed and form there also my father not treated well, then I make a cl form a high designation workr then they reffer my father in desun hospital the Hart institute not a lever special hospital. Now my father was expired . B.r.sing is a deadly home for retired person. My father was only 66years old a strong person but in 1.5 mounth they killed my father.
