Ok so where should I start , So recently I have got the delivery of my 390 adventure before lockdown and I am really thankful to Ktm VIP road specially Hindol da, as they helped me to get my bike as early I can get than somewhere else .An awesome customer handling specially the staffs , I am really glad 😀 that I have been treated as friend than a customer which helped me a lot .So from my side I suggest if you are planning for any Ktm bikes go for Ktm VIP the will serve you the best .👍👍👍👍

A good place if youre planning for your first KTM bike. Clean and well decorated showroom with different models of every segment. Sales executives are good with enough knowledge about the bikes and they love the brand itself. Means youre in a good hand. Theyve sufficient stocks as well as test riding bikes so dont worry about anything else. Go and check out the bike you want to take your home.

I have purchased my bike from this showroom. Initially they told that it would take 3-4 days after full payments to deliver the bike, as they wont allow bikes delivery prior to submitting tax and insurance of the vehicle. I have made my full payment on Monday morning and requested for delivery on next Sunday. To my utter surprise, they only provided me with ex-showroom price invoice. No insurance, no tax paid receipt was provided, in addition to that they asked to sign on a declaration that, I am taking delivery of un-registered, non-insured vehicle at my own risk, and in this way washing their hands of any responsibility....no consistency in words, lacks professionalism, could not be trusted...they are very good at bluffing..trusting them would be your greatest mistake

The people are very friendly and they do care about each customer. They wont ignore you for any reason even if they are busy. I remember walking in my college uniform and yet they treated us in a well mannered way. Didnt get to take a test ride on the bike I liked but they made sure we get to do that before we buy.

We were literally ready to pay and buy the bike but they were so anti everything. I gave them driving license,adhar ,pan and still they kept asking voter card which I was not carrying at that moment and and they didnt make any effort to come up with another solution.very bad stuff .they need to be trained to sell things.

Their behavior was good and the customer service was great... And they have all the models you want to have from KTM INDIA.

The service is good but a long way to improve. They have new batteries, tyres which should be a must for a one-stop go. Experience in a KTM service center in bangalore was awesome, though they do charge you more. People are ready to pay nowadays but they do expect good service.

For four months, these people could not get a bike wash setup ready. Disturbing. Now moved to Chinar Park and still the same condition. If you cant service, dont sell. The service btw is as good as the street side mechanic since neither of these truly understand KTM engines.

I want to buy ktm duke only for complete engine.(200 or 390)Please tell me how can i to buy engine and Store details.

The staffs are not that well trained, in terms of handling these machines. They know, how to troubleshoot the usual problems, like changing mirrors, replacing Console display units, changing the clutch cables; but when facing unique problems they score a big 0. Even they fail to change the oil filters correctly. I personally have came across this problem twice, and they fail to acknowledge the fact that they failed to do it in the first place. And make the customer pay for replacing the same, which was their mistake in the first place. Highly unorganised.

I have visited two times in this workshop, last time it was ok ok,But This time I had a bad experience with KTM VIP road,Kolkata,India. The workers mainly who is doing bike servicing are very unprofessional in manner, like a road laborer culture and behaving like they are KTM owners. They dont even bother that how to give respect to individual. They are not listening their management also.I have spent around 20000INR in this shop.But next time I will never and ever go again this workshop.

I really dont understand how this is even possible!! This place is NO WAY worthy of an average of 4.1 star rating (6th Dec 17).The people currently working here are terribly ill mannered and unprofessional to say the least. Me and a friend of mine rode our bikes (RC390 & D390 2017) all the way from Pune to Kolkata and thought of getting some very minor work (chain cleaning, tightening, screws, etc.) done on our bikes. But to our surprise, they denied doing any work that evening (we called them up before going and they asked us to come) giving excuses of silly things like they dont have paddock stand (which we could literally see there lying unused in a corner).There was at least one gentleman who asked us to wait... Hearing which a mechanic shouted at him pointing at us Eishob bekaar jhamela mathay nibina... Shoja bole dibi hobena, parbona! (Dont take all these silly burden... Shoo these people away saying it cant be done!). And this mechanic was rather busy in chewing Paan and singing. Another mechanic was seen taking some customers bike (in the customers absence) out for some reason and deliberately showing off his rear wheel skidding skills!!!! I mean, seriously???One of the very worst demonstration of unprofessionalism!!KTM India should really probe into these things.

Google doesnt allow 0 star, lucky KTM VIP road. Worst service ever. I drove from Pune to Kolkata and just wanted to fix few things in the bike, which would have needed max 15 mins - and WOW(obviously sarcastic) what attitude of the mechanics. Honestly will never ever go again and if any one reads this please avoid going there. My till dates worst KTM service experience. One thing to note - the mechanics and people working there are busy taking selfies and chatting and giving lame excuses about cannot do stuff because paddock stand is not there(we could see paddock stand simply laying ideal) also the Pune Ktm Sai Service,Wagholi have much less man power but there attitude and behavior is just mesmerising along with the effort they put in. Roughly 8-9 bikes here and the mechanics have such bad attitude, and in Pune every time there are 15+ bikes and still they manage to do things with a smile in there face. Thank god i dont stay in Kolkata and do servicing here. Hopefully after reading this, few of the regular customers can advice how to do business.

The worst KTM showroom across the state.Cheap lies and tactics to make the sale, and once its sold, they dont care about you anymore. Your complaints will receive no response. Even the GM Sourav Bose, doesnt care to respond to any complaints, unless its issue with sales. For service, they pay no heed to you.Your vehicle will be filled with scratches, they cheat on engine oil, and all other techniques to save money for themselvesNever ever, buy from this showroom.
