The ambience is good. The room is also very decent and well decorated and well maintained. The service is also very good. Overall I lived the stay and would suggest Olson to visit once.

I stayed there for a week. Location and food are excellent. Service was awesome. Tabrez one of the staff there, is very good. He was very helpful and provided very good service. Very clean and hygienic place.

First priority during this tough time of covid 19 is cleanliness of the room and the washrooms and all the precautions taken by the room cleaning staff.And I am glad to write, they are super amazing in rooms cleaning. I have been staying here for almost 20 days now and I am so much happy with their room cleaning services from using sanitiser to wearing gloves and wearing mask and taking proper care of all the things is really super fantastic. I would like to thank the most amazing person in room cleaning service Mr Tabraiz. Although everyone is good but especially this person, I have noticed he used to clean every corner from dusting to mopping. And he is very polite never says no to anything. he is very much dedicated towards his job. He is doing a commendable job duringThis pandemic time.And one more thing I would like to mention here, rest of the working staff ,do it just like for the sake of doing work but he enjoys his work and he makes sure that he performs his best . He gives almost half an hour or maybe more than that and cleans everything. I am very very happy with his services .He’s the best asset Of Ibis housekeeping team.His work mode made me to write this long because i feel appreciation is must for best staff..

The best hotel to stay. The staff are very friendly and polite. The staffs named Rakesh and Suman are very polite and made our bookings hassle free. They even gave us complimentary extra time even after 12 pm, which will make me come here again. The breakfast was grand and delicious. The hotel is very creatively constructed with very good paintings and sitting area. I just love the atmosphere. Good location near food joints shopping malls. Rooms are well maintained like any other Ibis hotel.Did a second booking with extra airport pickup and meal. Requesting for the pickup can be tricky as the emails were answered in the wee hrs of the morning. Got a call from Vikas the front desk manager and after that the experience was smooth. However there is scope to improve this airport pick-up process.

The restaurant at Ibis is our favourite place for formal and informal meetings. The bar tender Mahendra is a great guy and makes our visits special.Fish finger, dry chilli chicken and peri peri prawn are the best.

The rooms are nice, clean and hygienic. over all experience was good and the staff members are well behaved and courteous. The comfort and the location of the hotel. it is nearby big Malls and easily accessible to Airport and Major locations in Kolkata City.

Having limited options in their restaurant, its recommended to try out their food only if you have free breakfast included with your stay. The property is well located and easy to reach...! Just few K.M. From airport, ambiance of this property is also grate. They also prefer the guest safety on priority. The rooms are also cleaned and well maintained. Food quality is also very good.

Rude staffs. They say something and do something else. If you order food it will arrive next day. 6th floor rooms are all damped and drenched. That floor has a foul smell of water dampness. Washrooms are the worst.In the lobby area they switch off the AC’s after 8 pm so if you have to wait it will be a nightmare but you will make some good friends and they will be the beloved mosquitoes.Stayed at this hotel for a week was quite a survival. Happy I got out of there safe and sound. 😅

This place is quite a sober place to stay with family and friends. Ibis hotel has got quite classy waiting area, which is esthetic and clean as well. There is a cafe also, which is affordable and has got various beverages and snacks to serve.Hospitality of staffs is commendable. Covid protocol is followed properly. In my view bathroom was little diminutive in comparison to the room.But then its very much organised and comfortable enough. My favourite thing which has got me, is the amazing view.This place has got most divine location and thus has got peaceful view, which you can enjoy while sitting on the couch.

Extremely below average. We checked in today afternoon, the room was not up to the mark, big black spots on the vents, damaged dustbin, barely any soap gel left in the bathroom. Only chiranjeet in housekeeping was proactive and helpful with the room change. We thought this was the only issue until we reached the dinner restaurant. F&B was even more terrible. We ordered for tomato soup and Matar Paneer. We asked if the soup could be served first. After waiting for 40 mins and multiple follow ups, both the dishes were served together. The soup was just like tomato sauce in water. The spoon on the table to our surprise was not washed, there were food stains on it. We asked to meet the chef several times but I guess the chef was too busy, he/she never made it to the table for the entire meal duration. We somehow ate as much as we could. As recovery all they could do was send a fresh soup to room which was decent. Not sure why this quality couldn’t be served earlier. All in all a short stay for barely 16-17 hours was worse than expected. Going to check out early morning and preferably find a better place.

Its very unfortunate that the services in this hotel are very slow as negligence is common by the staffs.Some of the reception staffs are rude.It was a rainy day when I checked in for a non smoking room, the room provided to was totally smoked ( smoke smell was coming) I asked for assistance but the reception told me you need to wait . I deliberately waited for 2 hours when they changed my room. I was wet a bit so by waiting I got cold.Again I asked for plates by calling the restaurant they promised to provide but they forgot.Staffs are really partial in matter of customer, they only serve those they feel they are vips. We are VIPs though but definitely stayed for 7 days in IBIS for the cleaniness of room., which I feel was the best part of ibis.But staffs are really rude and bad behavior people.

Had a wonderful stay in the hotel. Beds are highly comforting accompanied by beautiful window view. The arts in the rooms and hallways gives an altogether different touch to the hotel ambience. Food was superb with hygiene maintained throughout. Overall a lovely experience.

I stayed in this hotel for a few days last week.ROOM : the room is quite standard, clean sheets, clean bathroom and towels. Mini fridge is available with room. The bathroom is a little small but manageable. They provide dental, shaving kits, shower caps, comb, laundry bags, slippers and toilet paper.The shower gel, handwash and shampoo is already present in the bathroom.BREAKFAST: idli with sambar and chutney is available everyday. Types of parathas keep changing everyday with sabzi. Poha/upma/sewaii is available. Fruits and juices are available, although the juices isnt fresh juice, its the processed juice. Coffee, tea and milk is available. Cold coffee on request is available. Live counter is there for eggs, sausages, dosa and uttapam. Brown and white bread is also available. Cornflakes and chocos is also available with warm milk. Taste is extremely good for all the items, didnt have any complaints regarding any food.CONCLUSION: amazing hotel to stay for extremely budget pricing if planned in advance. Their service is also quite prompt, staff is quite courteous and helpful. Gym is also available, which is mostly empty.

I have attended a family dinner on dtd. 11.09.2021at IBIS Its service and food quality was worst even than a street food available on road side. We are ashamed before our quest in order to organize our function at IBIS.

Nice decoration and sitting arrengement for meeting in reception areas. But we have requested to deliver 4cups of tea it was very late. And one cup was slightly broken on its top, this is not a good gesture.

Can’t guess everything but yes what I loved the most was a gentleman at the reception, named SOUMYA, so polite, that ever in my history of travelling and staying somewhere, I have experienced this man’s behaviour and persona so strongly humbled. Loved it SOUMYA keep that spirit high up.

Worst food. Street chowmin is served and they call mixed rice as biriyani. And considering the food quality the price is extremely unreasonable.

Stayed here for 3 days . Its a neat and clean business hotel .hospitality and other services are good too. Behaviour of staffs are prefessional and nice. Worth for money . But still there is room for improvement in their complementary breakfast menu.
