This is my second transaction with this company. They lack the value of commitments made to the customer. The fundamental value system has eroded which reflects on the services.The supply chain and the sales has no relation, while I waited for my product delivery for more than 48 hours. There is still not a single proactive call or a MSG to inform status of my shipment.I am cancelling my order in another 24 hours delay and will recommend buyers, buy at your own risk.

Its a store for buying electronic home appliances. No problem with bargaining, I mean you can compare with online rate of similar product and fix in best price. Products are original and trusted store because we have been buying from there since 15 years. Not full star only for late delivery of product.

Pathetic service given by centre,on 11/09/2021 I purchased a whilrpool fridge,they provide me damaged refrigerator with assurance to replacement within few days,but till date I never got any communication from their side.Even I called him many times but every time they told ur fridge got replace within two days.no one from great eastern nor Whirlpool called me regarding replacement.

Today I visited the place to buy a camera. Before we go my brother personally call them to confirm that the camera in their stocks and ready to handover today and they said yes over the phone.We reached near 14:30 and asking for the delivery and surprise strongly to listen that the camera ready in Dalhousie branch and they can handover next day.After 3 phone calls confirmation they replied like this is it harrasment or not? I reached to get the camera today not tomorrow. If i pay today why i will take tomorrow?The sales person abused roughly for my words harrasment. More horrible situation created when we came out from the store. One lady representative of them shouting so badly to defend themselves. She boldly reply that they dont need buyers like me. Use very bad language in a very very bad manners.If a buyer asking to take instant delivery is it wrong? They can simply reply that they have no stock but can arrange rather than say yes. I visited after their confirmation so is it not their duties to apologise?Really guys please think twice before buy anything from this house. Worst customer service..during sales they will call you brothers and sisters. After it is done you you will get false words from them and even they hang up without receiving the call sometimes. I bought a godrej washing machine, delivery was next day but you cant open the box untill company technician arrives to you home for demo..as per their words technical should arrive the next day delivery happens but after 5 days nobody showed up. I call them everyday once and they gave me false hope everyday like a liar that aj e demo dite asbe, Ami aj e byabostha kore dichhi..its been 5 days and I am still waiting though..They are really unprofessional. Now they even hang up the call sometimes.

I have been a customer of great eastern for more than 30 years. Even a few years ago it had amazing sales executives and manager. But now I cant explain how they are lying and cheating people with wrong information.I purchased an AC. Its from whirlpool. The technical details given were wrong by the sales executive. So never trust them. If you buy, buy only your choice.After purchasing the AC they were supposed to deliver it within 1 day. Just when I purchased they said it will take 6/7 days. And you have to pay in full.After the sale they will not recognise you. I didnt get service from this brand. The store and company people are working together. No replacement nothing. These facilities are only available in online stores.I wasted 50k. The AC is not working properly. The installation was not done correctly. And over that no assured service. No service from whirlpool.But what I feel bad about is that I could have purchased what I wanted and not listened to the sales executive or the manager. Because those good people who used to be there are not there anymore. And I also feel I could have invested this money in a reputed online store then I would not have to care about replacement or even refund.False commitments from great eastern. And false information about the product. And no real replacement policy. I mean policy is there buy they not do anything. I hope I am able to be clarify the problems faced.I am feeling cheated after being a loyal customer for years for great eastern. If you dont want to feel cheated dont buy from this store. And even if you buy please buy the exact product that you want. Dont listen to them. But isnt it better no to buy from cheaters ?I hope this helps.

Worst service providers, I purchased a Samsung washing machine for my mother a few days back from Great Eastern store at Garia but it was damaged and had dents. When the Samsung representative came for installation, they observed it and raised a complaint and informed the Great Eastern store for replacement. It has been 10 days but havent received the replacement product. I have been following up with the sales person who sold it is giving different reasons for the delay every time I called. Tried calling the store but no one picks up the call. Worst service providers I have dealt with till date. I will not recommend this seller to anyone. You will get better products at better price online and returns and replacement is hassle free. Since my mom might have issues reaching out to online support I thought of purchasing from store but it was a bad decision. Do not buy products from Great Eastern Trading Co Garia.

They send us a Panasonic automatic washing machine with a heavily damaged body. It couldnt be installed. Although replaced in a week after many phone calls to appropriate places the experience was bad. And, people were curious about how we got it replaced so fast. They are usually not this condescending.

Good place for home appliances products and other electrical products. The offered price is very attractive rather than other. But you need to get the right sells person in front of you. There are some sells person who will pitch for higher model. Sometimes misguide you about the product info of lower model. Otherwise it is very good place for shopping.

Worst customer service. I have purchased a washing machine from this showroom and after installation I found that the machine is damaged. They refused to exchange the machine and trying to avoid taking any responsibility on their shoulders. Worst ever showroom. Try to avoid it.

I bought a Lloyds 1.5 ton A.C. in 3 months with cash. I uesd it only 1 & half months just 3 - 5 hours. In between water has fallen from the A.C. It takes time to cooling, there is no movement. Proper services is not getting it, saying it will take time. What does it mean to buy new thing with so much money?I want to Daikin A.C. but the sales executive (Ms. Rumki) assured and gave me Lloyd A.C. they are lying and cheating me.I didnt get service from this brand. The store and companypeople are working together. No replacement nothing.In oder to know that Ms. Rumki, she first avoided my phone call and then used it very badly. She cut my ph to say my problm. I bought 3 4 items this shop but regular loyal customers doesnt know how to deal with it.

It is the right place to make purchases Air conditioners, TV, mobile etc.in reasonable prices. It has a good collection and variety.

Salesmen and women except some few show attitude and as if they are the most busy person on the world.. Their liability ends after buying goods.. I have to visit from Sonarpur three times for warranty stamp as there was no one to guide me properly how and when to do it, still not done.. During purchasing product one sales woman showed attitude as we checked online price in internet.. Quality of product is not as good as I expected.. Free delivery was assured, but you have to pay (actually they will nag) minimum Rs 100 each time for delivery as tips.. I am not at all satisfied with their manner..

One should verify details of products before buying. As description of products as stated by salesmen may not be true. Go through the respective brochure. Dont trust blindly on salesmen.

This stores deals with all fraud peoples & does all fraud activities.My LG 32 LED TV is not at all a genuine ones.I think they gave me a poor quality LED TV.They cheats peoples & they are all mad.They dont have any proper rules.Unecessarily they harassed me.This store is totally a fraud store.One can get puzzled & can put in a false position.They shows too much but unable to do anything. I suggest to every consumer, that please dont buy electronic brands or home appliances or any other electronic consumer durables from this store as it is not a suitable place to buy.Rather buy from any other reputed stores. *My Experience of Buying a New Laptop*Yesterday I had visited Great Eastern Trading Co. (Garia outlet opposite to Sitala Mandir) to buy a Hp laptop.....The salesman who was supposed to assist me with the entire procedure of buying the laptop, had ended up insulting me both the days (yesterday when I went to buy it and today when they asked me to come for providing me with the recovery program)..... According to him, I donot need any antivirus to be installed in my laptop (probably because he found that I was a woman) whereas he claimed that his manager (to whom I have complained about him), needed it......to this the manager protested and said that if the manager requires antivirus then how is it so that I, being a working lady donot require it..... Moreover the gesture and the intotation that he was using while speaking to a customer was extremely unexpected.......While I protested against his harsh behaviour, he said I can go ahead and complain against him and even said that he has no problem if I share the audio clip of his conversation in the social media, instead of apologizing to me.....I had complained about him to the manager....though he promised to take the necessary actions, yet I was insulted again before leaving the outlet today with my laptop, after the completion of the recovery program.*THIS IS THE WORST EVER EXPERIENCE THAT I HAVE FACED**P.S.- I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND ANY ONE, FURTHER TO VISIT THIS OUTLET. Avoid garia branch at all cost. Also when delivery boys come to deliver fridge they literally push you to pay them extra money for delivery. I paid 300rs above a overpriced fridge I bought for 1st floor delivery. All good reviews you read below are in most chances fake and paid. Avoid this showroom at any cost. Very bad service by Mr.Moloy Mistry.He comitted me that my new tv would get installed by samsung technician the same day (30/07/2020)i had bought.I had told that i need it to get installed done on urgent basis only then will i buy the TV as i would be out of station after 48hours.He assured that same will be done that day and he had spoken to customer care and technician.At the end of the day after receiving no calls or technician i called him up and he ignored my calls.The next morning (31/07/2020) i called him up and he said he will check and get back to me,and till time i have received no calls.I had called samsung to take a request for installation & demo which they took and mentioned that technician would arrive on (1/08/2020) and now i will have to postpone my trip for my TV installation.Is this not harassment?This is how poor sales team of Great eastern garia is.I would never recommend anyone.If you cannot deliver what you commit then you have an useless salesman who is taking down your companys reputation.I have been a regular customer in great eastern siliguri,delhi but no where have i was given false hope like Mr.Molay gave.Please urge the company to take strict action agains Mr.Moloy for providing false information to customers and selling products in a wrong way.At last it is great easterns reputation that is affected.

Cant say that I had great experience primarily because their attitude lacks professionalism. They dont treat their customers well. They try to project as if they are doing a great favour by attending customers.

Bought a new washing machine of IFB on 23rd June 2020.Till date on 6th July I have not yet received a working machine.They sent a defective piece and now refusing to change it , they are saying IFB will change and IFB says Great Eastern will change it .For the past 7 days each one is refusing to provide a replacement for the defective piece .Their sales person is pathetic , gave a wrong no for calling .Now they are saying give more money to buy a higher end machine .Thiefs to the core .I plan to go to consumer court

The range of product is limited. Options are very limited. Apart from the salesman of television set other salesman are not that supportive. However the products are very good and delivery time is also very fast.

Good place for electrical appliances. Our most our electrical appliances are bought from here and we are happy with the service. Please check online price once before buying. Stuffs are cooperative and well spoken too.
