This service centre is located at Ekford Road which is in between Khardah and Sodepur. This center has been relocated from its earlier place at BT Road. It opens at 930AM and things starts rolling after some time. The process of getting job cards made is primitive with Service advisers manually nothing down all details of vehicle and ascertaining the actions to be taken. Though the Bajaj Care app accept booking for this service centre, yet it has got nothing to do with service centre as the customer has to again stand in que and repeat the same process manually.I took my bike for First Free Service and I was told that the bike will be delivered by 12 noon as there is hardly any work to be undertaken.The delivery time on the receipt was mentioned as well. But I kept on waiting till 2 PM and got my work done only when I took up the matter and protested for the delay!! Its such a horrible experience.Further i fail to understand why the booking through Bajaj Care App is not utilised by the service centre!!! The app is specific about booking number, time of reporting and time required for service. If this was followed, there would be less trouble for the customers.Hope my review will reach the Bajaj authority and steps would be taken to rectify this problems.Of course, they do have a good waiting room for customers which is Air Conditioned where they can sit and wait indefinitely!!!!

Over all I got best service. Most of all staffs are very well mannered they know how to treat coustomers. Like it. 4 star for there good behavior. Please update required parts items than I got 5star..

Very bad experience from here. Staffs are not compromising to customer. They are creating stupidity activities. After 3rd servicing the same problem has raised on very that day. After day of servicing when I came here they are not providing anything. Such a nonsense staff are there in these warehouse. They even dont know how to talk with a customer.

Because after they serviced my bike.. It has many problems.... Older problems were solved but newer problems occurred....but they have told.. They will fix it soon and there behavior is pretty good... So its good..

Very poor behaviour including poor knowledge.they offered me 8 k while I have asked for exchange with my old bike ,whereas yamaha offered me Rs 20000 for the same one.i replied him even the cost of my bicycle is around 10kMore over the stuffs are having very poor knowledge regarding the NOC of the bank and hypothecation. A poor looking ugly bihari type of lady stuff wanted to behaved like my boss I wish if I could have fart on her face...

The most pathetic experience I have ever had in my life..I own 3 bikes of different companies but never seen such a awful customer handling like Visaka Bajaj.. My biggest mistake was I opted this showroom as this is near to my home.The mishandling big customer started even before I purchased the top range bike. But as I badly needed that day . I went ahead and purchased the bike in cash.Then Boom. They even dont inform you whether RC is arrived. For the service they are like doing a favour. Still not doing it.Can you imagine your bike is on servy and that is not washed. They pushed to but a teflon coating service but they dont do it on service daybu saying no mechanic present.And the list go on and on.SHAME OB YOU PEOPLE.

Absolute horrible experience. Only the lady in reception is helpful. The service manager is non co operative. They use brake oil rather than standard chain lube to bike. Bad experience altogether.

Very bad attitude!!The lady is not even sure about anything and the way she talks is like i am begging something in front of her, very ill mannered behaviour.Thought of buy a bike from the showroom but after visiting and talking to staffs,now i have changed my mind.I would rather prefer to buy a bike from 100KM distance showroom,but not from Vishakam. They dont even have the courtsey and knowledge about how to deal with customers.

It does take some time but the quality of work is good.
