This is the third class institute. They didnt provide full training. No fixed faculty is there. Certificate not provide.

If you really want to learn (spoken) English, do not waste your money here. Even the instructors here do not know the correct usage of English grammar and composition. At the most, take a demo class. Most of such institutes trap desperate students who need help. if possible, go to British Council Kolkata or RKM Schhol of Languages in Golpark. You can start reading Grammar books and go to a good private tutor for better results.
