Everything was good but the water was not cleaned though it has been opened after a long period and niagara falls was close and SOME STAFFS WERE TELLING THAT THIS RIDE IS CLOSED AND WHEN WE START COMPLAINING THEN THEY TOLD THAT EVERYONE CAN GO NOW THATS HILARIOUS !!!

Good place to spend summer weekends, staff was also very helpful and co-operative. Food was good and price was reasonable. Great place to enjoy with partners or family.. My son ENJOYED very well... The room is good, well maintained, spacious. But the toilet is not up to the mark. Were glad and enjoyed the stay in Aquatica Resort. We look forward to stay once again in the future.

Few days ago I visited this water park and I lost my iphone in wave poolAnd its gone inside the tank because there is no barrier or grill to resist any thing and also after informing the athourity they even dont close the wave too bad experience . it was a wrost day .

The place is huge and clean. The aesthetics are great. The rides are fun and thrilling. The bars just amazing but the foods kinda average. All in all, its a great place to spend a day out with your friends in the waters.

Awesome experience to sum up.Spacious clean room and laundry, professional and courteous staffs, delicious food.The staffs were highly professional and cooperative. Overall ambience was very calm, quite and peaceful.

Its an wonderful water park located at Newtown in Kolkata. Last time when I visited before covid 2nd wave, I had an excellent experience altogether. We have enjoyed a lot. This is absolutely an aqua park for all level of age groups. You can bring your kids as well as senior people. Although I should mention the food quality was not so good. Otherwise everything was in place properly.

Wave pool and couple of rides were being maintained so wasnt functioning. The water is pretty unclean and had couple of us scratching our legs for few days after the visit. So they need to clean the water. Locker room was dirty and half of the food written in the menu was not available. Not a very good experience and this is supposed to be the biggest and best water park in Kolkata. Not visiting again anytime soon unless my friends absolutely force me too and leave me no choice whatsoever.

The guy at your reception deserves a pay raise/promotion! This was by far the best stay experience in the city. No complains with the hospitality as well. The breakfast needs to be worked upon because after paying 800 extra for the breakfast inclusive deal, when we were served veg sandwich and a coffee we were really disappointed. Get this part more organised. This place is definitely a must go!

Great place... nice rides..rides are not dangerous at all..full of thrill and enjoyment...they do have resort. where you can stay..if u have room booked then they give u 50%discount on tickets for the water rides...rooms are nice and clean...room service is also good.they do have a bar and resturant...in the rooms there is locker and fridge..they serve u food and drinks in room..the charge is a bit on higher side compared to taste..its a worth enjoying weekend with fnds and family...they have lost of watches but none work as time stops when u enjoy the moment...😅

Good for families and small time enjoyments. All rides are free once you get in. But the main problem with its locker system; you have to pay for that and also the ticket price are now so much high. Its not that upto mark for their asking prices. Nico Park is a better choice in that price.

I think If you tolerate cold water in winters then Its a must visit place you will be able to ride every hurdles without any rush also ticket price will be half that is 450 .. The Amiance in Aquatica is very good. I stayed 5 days here in the hotel room. Though there were some drawbacks in the room while checking in but the staffs were so polite and cooperative, I didnt feel any issue here. Especially some of the staffs like Rintuq, Amit and the housekeeping staffs are so decent and well behaved, that they will make you feel comfortable to stay in the hotel.I would rate 4* out of 5 for the facility as per price.

Very good experience staying in Aquatica. Rooms are good enough. Food is very tasty. Staffs are supportive but few things which hurted me a lot and need improvisation.1. I have booked a room for the day of holi, when I reached there I came to know that some event is going on in the water park whose entry fees is ₹2000/- per head. They forced me to take the ticket else, they will not allow us to enjoy the water park. The main motive of going to Aquatica is to enjoy the water park and without that the stay is of no use. I have to pay additional ₹4500/- to enjoy the water park.Please include the water park entry charges with the room rent so that one should not get surprises during visit.2. The rooms are situated in a newly constructed building inside the water park. There was only 1 staff looking towards the entire building for room service.3. Overall staying is good but staying with enjoying the water park is not good because you will not get any additional benefit while staying in such a interior location.

Rooms are good... Food prices are relatively high... A plate of chilly Chicken cost 240.Room service was good but they closed the kitchen at 10pm. So food orders must be submitted before 9.30pmReception are is now shifted to the entrance of the park which is very good But as mentioned in the policy of hotel they were supposed to provide us 50% discount over the entry ticket but as holi special program was ongoing so the didnt provide us any discounts. The staffs are helpful specially Tanushree who helped us a lot when we misplaced a room key.
