Neat and Hygiene clinic. All the staffs are helpful. Also jabbed myself with the first dose of CoviShield. Overall a very good experience.

Worst experience for Covid vaccination by this clinic as from ground floor we were told to be seated on first floor by registering our names to the person sitting at the counter.After sitting at first floor for more than one hour came to know on the second floor where vaccination was going on persons were given vaccines without registering their names.When we asked the person at the counter he started shouting on us and told no one went directly to second floor but after our intervention it was proved more that 37 persons were given vaccination without registering their names in the list.Why they are not issuing Tokens no idea may be it will not help to use their back door entry for their known persons.Without any reason more than one hour lost during this pandemic time and behaviors of first floor counter person and few nurses on second floor was very harsh.Overall very bad experience.

Very rude behaviour by receiptionist.My mother actually forgot the name of skin doctor because she is not from kolkata,just said one female doctor was there but cant remember the name..that rude staff doesnt bother to listen anything from us and cut the call.She could have hinted the female doctors name as i know two or one female skin doctor is there only available at barasat.Disappointed.

As govt specified the price of covishield atmost 780/- including all, but your outlet is taking 900/-. I told them on this, they replied 780 vaccine price+120 service charge. We knew that 600 vaccine + 30 GST + 150 service charge (maximum) = 780/-. But they denied the price. Can you replied on the same?

Very bad service. It would be more appropriate to say WORST SERVICE. The staff nurse and receptionists are really rude and ill-mannered, to be precise arrogant. I had to wait almost an hour and half to get to the doctor. They informed the wrong appointment time to my patient who has a fatal disease as blood cancer. It only matches the outer image of a so-called super speciality clinic but in reality both doctors and stuffs are super irresponsible and ignorant.

One of the worst time management facility.Doc and management should take care of it.I would neither go there anymore nor asked anyone for it.I am regular customer of Apollo EM Bypass but a terrific Experience on Barasat Apollo clinic.Very sad and disappointed from service.

Extremely poor management. Insufficient staff. One cardiologist, who is taking care of all the patients and also participating in Ecocardiogram. There is no order as well to check the patient and even the staff cant confirm the serial number. Completely wastage of time.

Called receptions to book appointment but the lady name ( Mohini) picked she was very rude as she does not want to give any information She was sounding as she is tied up with loads of work , she does not know how to talk to customers, very rude , attitude, unprofessional.

Careless unprofessional attitude towards Customer on billing counter. ECG report never on-time, pending n wait to prepare even after 2 days.Everyone of team have carry forward attitude, a single reports involved 5 people with no results because final releasing person was also busy in time pass (dichi dichi dichi bolche).Main things all 5 persons were sitting ideal n busy in mobile and non cooperative for their own team mates. I felt huge ignorance, jealous and poor dedication of work in their own team members which slow down the whole system, specially girls those were in blue saree.We dumb Customers waiting for their reply.Worst service.. surakha have far better service .

Pathetic and horrible experience... Calling all the numbers given in the website but no one is picking up the phone.. Most unprofessional and careless attitude from the leading clinical chain of India... Its a curse.... Feeling ashamed to have shares of this company....

So today I called after a year, needed to check for an ENT.I am so shocked at how much this particular Apollo clinic fools patients and they have become worse than before.They said they do not have any ENT due to the pandemic, whereas I have immediately called Apollo Chinar park who do have ENT available.Please dont get treated here for anything! Also ,Apollo should reconsider closing this branch because its just putting a blot on their brand name!

The ambiance is good. But the co-ordination between the employees and technicians and lab people as well doctors are pathetic. I also observed that within employees they have jealousy and work delegation intention which makes the work more slower. This makes customer/ patient unhappy. The management of the branch need to see the whole team and manage properly or undergo few training.

Average clinic. Reception is helpful but it is for very wealthy people. Consultant charge is too high and also testing charge higher than other pathology lab.

Unprofessional staffs.Poor time management, waiting time minimum 1 hr, rude behaviour by caller if you late.Girls give priority to gossiping with others instead of Customer.Slow billing process.Dr. advice unwanted test to loot patients.ECG, Urine, Blood CBC LFT TSH etc, USG, X-ray advice for lungs problem by Dr. Sudip Mukhopadhyay with 12 medicine which causes liver inflation and blood loss started of my mother.Also there are good Dr. like Ramana Banerjee, Dr. Siuli Choudhary, Dr. Ratna Chatterjee, Dr. Souti Biswas.

So far my experience here is good, staff are well mannered, and experienced. But its quite unfortunate that they no longer supporting the corporate health check up, other wise its an excellent facility.

They does not have any policies and work ethics total unprofessional. Today i visited with my husband who seeing a orthopedic Dr. Soura Sekhar Saha for report checking. For report chrcking also they charged.And they dont have any logic behind it just repetatively saying Doctor told so.Only for reporting which clinic in India take visit can anybody tell?

A standard Diagnostic clinic which also offers specialist consultation with prior booking is the plus point of this place. Its located in a prominent location which can be easily seen from a moving vehicle.It offers blood investigations, radiological procedures and diagnostic endoscopy.There is also provision for physiotherapy.

The behavior of all the receptionists are very good. Their work is very good and good. My experience is very good.

If there would have been a provision i would have given a 0 star. The worst diagnostic center. The staffs are all inadequately informed about the doctors who would visit. They appointed a radiologist for the pregnancy doppler test who do not have any idea about using the machine. He was preparing the report based on my earlier usg reports which was prepared from other diagnostic center. I think they should change the staffs immediately .Or else they should close this branch. It is worthless.

Even the doctor of Apollo Hospital suggested me not do tests here at Apollo Clinic, Barasat instead asked me to go to Suraksha lab, Barasat. I was wondering why but then now I realized the reason. They were supposed to be giving me the test reports on August 9 but then I thought I will give them time a day more so I reached the clinic on August 10 in the noon. To my surprise these people says reports are still not ready and made me wait at the lobby for an hour.That is how professional they are who do not respect or value peoples time.

Looks like I am not the first person having a bad experience. Yesterday I took an appointment over the phone & I was given time at 7:30pm. When I arrived & paid for the visit I was told my number is 8. At 8:30pm when I enquired the man managing the clinic told me it was 11 arguing that was the number when I billed. However, the lady at the reception accepted she has given me #8. Now the man was saying it was a mistake. I have already waited for an hour & the current number was 6. To wait till 11 I had to wait at least another 2 hours. I took refund & left. Highly unprofessional behaviour from the guy managing the clinic. He doesnt deserve to be there. Today I visited the same doctor Saurav Nag in another local clinic. I was given time 9:40pm & met the doctor at 10pm. Apollo needs to appoint efficient people who can live upto their brand. I have Apollo Munich Insurance & I am shocked with this experience.

Neat and clean and less crowded. The doctors panel are quite interesting but most of them are not available when you need them. Usually a long waiting time. Not because someones there before you but because there are everyone except the doctor. The management have less or no experience on how to run such a clinic, they have money indeed. Charges are very high but full of unprofessionalism. They are exploiting people on the basis of the name Apollo. Ive spent near about 14000 bucks for my dental problems. They did many things including innumerable number of x-rays of a single place but neither the technician nor the doctor able to make a single plate correct. After bearing 4 months of their unprofessionalism, I finally admit what I said above. Should I go to the injury lawyer.....??
