I bought a LG AC from them and from the day 1 it was having problem. I did made contact with the sales person Mr. Ashish and he really tried to help me out with proper service. However, he failed to keep his commitment as his store owner and the LG service guy gave no importance to him. Worst service provider. They dont ever try to fulfill their commitment. If they say that the product will be delivered within proper date or any given date, they will never do it. And if you complete your payment process then it will take very long time to deliver the product. And they will always try to convince you for payment early. But dont ever do that. They dont refund your amount.

Bad service.... before purchasing people are very good ..After purchase the thing is otherwise..No body is bothered to deliver the product also.I have purchased LG C9 55” OLED TV. It’s a high value product.But still they don’t care... The customer have to follow up for delivery...But that’s not the end... once delivery is done.. then installation is on their mercy...

Cheats of the first order, extremely rude, they cheated a close relative of mine in selling a blue tooth speaker. The speaker failed within the guarantee period, but rather than replacing or repairing the machine, they tried to palm off a much more expensive machine. They are clueless about the products and their specifications. Their only motto is to con customers.Avoid this shop. Plenty of excellent electronic showrooms on NSC Bose Road. Even online shopping is better.

Called up to neagotiate a price and the guy started yelling on me with crappy deals using paytm. Fools....they think that they can get away with anything. Do LG really need to tie up with paytm. They even didnt have the courtesy to call back customers.

I had purchased LG AC from Multi Channel Electronic (LG Shoppe). Whenever I switch on the AC, Water is dripping from the AC and flooding my room. They sent their technician and charged approximately 1200-1500 INR, but the problem is not solved. WATER IS DRIPPING. Its risky as it may lead short-circuit and result in electric shocks. I will report this to the local POLICE station if there is any accident due to their faulty AC. They are charging for their repair service but FAILED TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM. THEY ARE NOT TAKING THINGS SERIOUSLY. i BOUGHT this AC just a year ago from shop at 223, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Road., Tollygunge.The technicians you are sending...failed to identify WHY WATER IS LEAKING FROM THE LG AC unit. A couple of weeks before they came, but couldnt understand the problem. Today on June 4, 2017, the AC started leaking water again, flooding the bedroom. Please send a competent technician. Your technician told that due to rainfall, the AC is leaking water. Today there was no rainfall. I want a solution to this problem tomorrow, Monday, 5 June, 2017.
