Im visiting there regularly for work purposes, the place is very well maintained,and beautiful, apartments also luxurious and spacious.all modern amenities are available here, including club,..gym..the environment also great here.., the whole area is also green,.. beautified by and maintained by gerden, and various colourful flowers almost everywhere.one last thing, security service also very good.

I have been living here and just love the society and locality. All amenities available in the complex with metro station very close by. My home on the 10th floor offers breathtaking views of South Kolkata.

Residential complex with mini township facility. Rooms are a bit small in complex. The apartments are multi storeyed and people who love flat culture would like it here. Parking is provided for limited customers.

Upclass society in Kolkatta it is a gated community and the security of each building is very good.

Fantastic development , specially like the view from 9th floor that I have visited . Very nice locality close to Kabi Subhas metro and lot of open spaces . Gated and well secured . Only if someone like to stay like in neighbourhood call pada in bengali , there could be lot of missing elements , like vegetable troller would not come to your doorstep ..ha ha .

Great place... Waking distance from Kavi Subhash Metro Station and New Garia Railway Station. The internal atmosphere is also very good. Securities are always doing their duty with much care. You can find The Spencers in the front side of it.

One of the best club,VARDE VISTA house ever I have seen. Very well maintained,neat & clean.Actualy it is the club house of UPOHAR apartment complex at Panchasayar,Chakgaria. Also available in rent for different programs like weddings ceremony,birthday parties,get together,conference & CMEs. Seven rooms are also there.Over all its a great experience with VARDE VISTA.
