Very bad staff. Not interested in selling there products or service. I was there half an hour back for my Apple Watch cover and tempered glass. The guy said he didn’t have any stuff related to watch but to my surprise when I walked inside there were watch covers there. The guys name was Anant Chakraborty. Not even sure if he gave me his correct name. Never again going to visit that store. Other staff members were also just standing there and staring.

This place is horrible.There are no catering services here.I was not welcomed by anyone.Also the A.C. was turned at 28 degrees.Should be around 18 degrees.Also no one could speak.Every one was silent and when we called them to donate us some laptops they used abusive language. Also there were only chairs to sit. There was no sofa.Also all the salesman were very untidy and very bad smell was coming from them.When we asked 80% discount they used slangs in hindi.Also the sanitizer they used was very less.They hardly gave 2 to 3 drops of sanitizer, when I asked more then they told that charges will be applied for that.I was surprised to see that there were only phones, laptop and earphones. I got my mac book fixed, they kept it for a month and they fixed my problem but the sound system is gone from my laptop. I downloaded the entire IOS software again, did everything, found out there is a hardware problem. This lockdown it is very difficult to reach out to them.

These guys dont have the basic knowledge about iPhone XR and the work in apple store...... and their behavior is just a disgrace... I had heard from my friends that the store is good but the store sales guys are just a shame .... I would recommended everyone to stay away from this storeedit: describing the full incident , 1 of my friends wanted to buy a XR, there were 2 employees confidently trying to cheat/confuse me by saying that iphone XR has 2 physical sim slots and an e-sim, according to them i can use 3 mobile nos. at same time in XR... i had come to store to buy the xr at that time but that comment about 3 nos working on XR made me change my mind from buying.... Steve Jobs would have died once again after listening to that... how the f u sustain with these kinds of technical retards working for u.... anyways ididnt expect a reply from the owner...

Visited this Apple store to buy a Tampered Glass today evening, The store was empty with no customers, however this Amir a sales person who pretended to be extra smart, and busy. He did not even bother to remove his headphone while talking to me. Showed me the tempered glass, and when I asked to offer me a fresh stock, he conviniently made me wait, while he was keeping his glass back, and rudely told that me they do not have fresh stock. Apple stores should take care of not having such untrained, arrogant and ill mannered sales team. There are lot of expectations from each apple experience...
