Didnt solve our query even after RTI of my exam paper it shows I passed in each subject of CA inter but website shows I failed in each subject getting below 30

Worst Institute... I have registered for Orientation course...the course is started today at 10 am but they havent provided me the joining link..No help support is availble. No one is picking the call they are cheaters... Took 5000 rs and ignoring students... PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER HERE FOR IT/OC OR ADVANCE IT/OC.

Pathetic experience. I live in 5 mins distance from ICAI .So I went directly to ICAI to ask about the course and the process to register and enroll for IT and OT Training. The receptionist was very rude and for each of the question she will refer to website only as . Dont know how ICAI has employed such an rude and unprofessional employee for the purpose of front desk receptionist. If you are are thinking to go and ask physically in the office then I would suggest you to not to waste your time as you will only get the answer of check online . I have even seen before that the two elderly parents who came to ask about some queries, she behaves rudely with them as well. not all the people have the knowledge of the entire course so ICAI should definitely look into it. I literally had to say that she need to mind her tone the way she was speaking and I am asking what she is obliged to do. Very poor experience. The office is located in a remote area. They dont take the pain to attend to calls. They dont respond to mails as well. Great job done.

Beautiful building with lots of space and cafeteria at the second floor. The only disadvantage of this building is its location which is far from main city. It takes almost 1.5 hrs to reach here from Russell street office. Also one have to walk appx one kilometer from the main road Acropolis mall to reach here.

Not at all connected like its park street counterpart.walk about 1km by the Acropolis Mall. Putting the mall on Right side.

I am giving a star because i have give one. Really they dont have any regret about not attending calls, ICAI is an institute not the Government of India. Co Operate with your students Help Them Out. They Seek Help From You GROW UP STAFFS. YOU ARE SALARIED EMPLOYEES ACT LIKE ONE

It is pretty good.. The building is too big but the location is not nice

No value for time. Icai is giving entire phone no but never picked up the call whether how much important it is or not. It seems like They are unable to work or misused their power.

Horrible ! How a such a calibre Institute has set up a office at so backward area, where going is totally waist of time. If they had asked me then I could offer a space for free at nearby metro station, for convenience of student. I am very dissappoint for the location of book store location. As a CA student they dont understand our problem of waisting so valuable time for visiting such a location for books collection.

Staffs and officer are good they give due respect and possible info to students.But the area is too interior as compared to park street.

Ignoring that its too far than the main office, the ambience is really something inspiring.

As every one agreed this place is heaven for eastern chapter ca student....building is amazing...in terms of location more or less 900 mtr walking distance from tagore park bus stop and 200mtr walking distance from gitanjali stadium bus stop/acropolis mall... If u want to draw comparison between kasba and Russell street i would say Russell office is located in better and convenient place. Thank you
