A non senior friendly branch. Stair case. Rude gate keeper. Less manpower. Frequent absetenteesm. Forces seniors to go and return. Bad services.

Very bad service.. Always server is down. None of the bank employee is bothered on customer service. No point of keeping a bank open with such worst service. I want to put zero stars but have to put a star to give review.

Awful service and very rude behavior towards customer. None of the staffs are efficient. The gate keeper behaves as if he is the manager and doing us a favor by depositing our money. The lady in the front right side is equally ill mannered and rather than doing her job perfectly tries to teach the customers how to be in the bank. If possible, avoid this branch else you will regret!!!

Pathetic service. Most importantly they are way too rude, doesn’t even have the basic human courtesy. Also , every time you visit the branch their machines & employees both won’t be working, rather would show arrogance. They need huge improvement in terms of customer services.

This bank is located at the starting point of Khardah Station Road from BT road. This is located in such a convenient place, the customers of Rahara and Khardah and surrounding s as well, can. avai the service of this BankUnfortunately, there is shortage of staff in the Bank and the customers are compelled to for a long for simple transaction there of. The senior citizen s suffer to a great extent in this regard.

The behaviour of assistance personal is really very bad such n illiterate n illmannered personal I hv never seen this is how the bank is serving people should Nt open account in this bank its my kind request. .. Never open n account of here coz u will not get proper assistant. .. Such uncultured people over here.

Worst bank branch in compare to other public sector bank available in khardah region.

Services provided are ok. Staff behaviour is good too.

This place is mostly congested in traffic..as it is in between the junction point of b.t.road & khardah station road.try to visit this bank in pick office hours by taking a walk & if u are in any vehicle,park it in the sideway road near ahuja market bus stop.

One or two rude employee but services are good and so are the schemes.

Not good Allahabad Bank...
