The team & support staff are extremely well behaved and efficient.I & family have taken our spectacles from Himalaya opticals Kamalgazi and are very satisfied.The fact which I want to mention and truly appreciate is their prompt and timely and effective service to customers, once when my lens came out of the frame about 6 months after I purchased the specs ,Himalaya replaced it completely without taking any charges .The second time today There was another issue with the my specs where a screw came out and nose support opened up.I was on the road that time so was not carrying the receipt with me.The team replaced screws and gave new nose supports for the specs without any charges. I visited the shop twice recently,once to know rate for spectacle and later on to place order. Price ,though, is on bit higher side but the sales guys are very polite and interactive. I had interaction primarily with Mr Mitra who is thoroughly gentle.

The store manager and other staff are cordial. I bought a new specs for my son which was pretty costly. However, the specs frame lost its left welded joint,within 2 months. I took it to the store and they replaced the frame with a new one free of cost since it was within warranty.
