My experience as a CGHS beneficiary was pathetic. Though a very nice facility, the doctor (I will not reveal the name as Dr being a woman) was rude /impolite and finished the appointment in a hurry (less than 3 minutes). Was not even given a diagnostic report. I would not like to visit this facility in future as I felt disrespected and cheated.

The moment you enter you feel alright as if there is nothing wrong with you. The counselling staff needs a special mention as they tell you everything transparently and make you feel easy. I had consultation with Dr. Garvit Bhutani. Hes extremely good at examining the minute details. NPC/NPA exercise suggested by him is helping a lot.

If you have the medical insurance this is the best place to operate your or your loved ones eyes. Very systematic process and a good selection of Doctors. Recommend this place to people who need their eyes to be operated. Not tried the opticians outlet so cannot comment on that.

My worst experience in centre for sight...shown my kid for eye sight issues in 2018 and after thorough checking,they suggested glasses..after 2 years later,his retina detached and when we shown to Sankara nethralaya in chennai,nerve weakness causes retinal damage..no such caution told at centre for sight for retina damage...Be careful while visiting this hospital..

Had good experience with Dr. Shagun. Its a good eye care center they do checkups very thoroughly. These guys r not greedy as when its required then only they recommend for any kind of surgery. My mom is suffering with cataract and she was a little skeptical about the surgery, but Dr Shagun could easily handle her and succeed to convince her.
