I ordered Veg. moburg through delivery app, which took 1 hour to reach and the food was cold and disastrous to eat. Moreover the stuffs added as veggies in momos, were not even cooked well.I later suffered from stomach ache, never ever gonna try anything from wow momo. Worse experience!

The people serving here are too arrogant. One of them who takes orders and delivers food behaved quite rude with me and my family. This kind of behaviour is not expected from a place as popular as Wow Momo.

Horrible experience. First of all this place sucks at hospitality. The staff has 0 interest in their guests and their needs. Secondly there is nothing called regular water in here. And mind you, this is not a food court outlet or an outlet-on-wheels. It is a proper individual restaurant. Even Dominos outlets have regular water available. Isnt it the minimum hospitability of a restaurant to serve their guests with water? Thirdly, we were 3 people and had ordered 3 plates of momo. The momos were quite filling and we could barely finish them. Obviously we couldnt order for more. And yeah, it was in the afternoon of a tuesday and trust me when I say that the restaurant was absolutely empty apart from us. As we were 3 friends meeting after years, we thought of spending some more time (also one of us was not done with her plate of momos). Suddenly on of the restaurant staff came and told us not to eat the momo that was left in the plate as it had been more than half an hour, so if we eat it, it would harm us. Wait, WHAT? He just claimed that their momos cant be eaten 30 mins after they are served? So what about the momos that we take-away? What explanation do they have for those? Next, he asked for our bill, saw the time when the bill was made and told us that it has been more than an hour that we have arrived and that there are CCTV cameras at the entrance etc some nonsense, so basically, HE WAS ASKING US TO LEAVE. And guess what, the restaurant was empty, not a single guest apart from us, so it was not that we were depriving other guests from entering. It was not even that we just sat with 1 plate of momo the whole time, NO! We had ordered for 3 good plates of momo and we were just 3 of us. I have been so many restaurants, have spent good 2-2.5 hours there, but never have I experienced this for being at a restaurant for barely more than an hour. Kudos to Wow Momo Behala for giving such an experience! 😂 Great hospitability guys!!

Very bad personal experience. Went there with cousins and we were very hungry. It was just 7 in the evening and a hot one. They didnot have any cold drinks or mojitos. When asked about serving other sealed cold drinks..they were confused themselves only how to serve it and what to serve. Most of the momos were not available. Behaviour of staff waa not co operative. They seemed to know nothing. We got frustrated and left the place without ordering.

Frequently visit this outlet to satisfy my momo cravings. At times, the staff makes small mistakes like forgetting to put the cheese in a moburg or parcelling 4 momos instead of 5. They are however polite enough to accept the mistakes and rectify them.

Stay away from this particular location. Rude and arrogant server and cashier. Even if you ask for steamed chicken momo they will generate the bill for fried momo or chicken cheese momo. I am not going there again.
