Was invited here during the Italian Week for a special lunch. The ambience is soothing, service good and food decent.

The decor might be a little stark but the quality of food and the exotic dishes balances out the starkness Its am ideal place for a leisurely dinner . The service is good . Maybe, if you are in a hurry, this is not the ideal place

Great food, sub-par service.We went to ITCs West View for a wedding anniversary dinner. The staff was great initially as they were able to accommodate a few special requests. The table looked gorgeous. However, throughout dinner, even though the restaurant was empty, they were not attentive and not at a 5-star hotel level of professionalism. The food was generally good, and we tried a lot since we all got the unlimited grill option, but some items were mediocre. Overall, if it were not for the special treats, this would be a 1 or 2 stars review. Shameful for such a great establishment where I had great dinners before!

Memorable experience

It was great experience to dine in West view Bwt during Christmas time. The set menu was tasty and worth with the value of money. The combination of menu was excellent from appetizer to dessert. It was unforgetable moment.
