Really happy with the Sharnitas recommendationwho was assisting me to book the right product. The product arrived in amazing condition. The store has most items in demo, you can have a good look and feel of the products and book yours. In about 40 days they deliver the product.

Wooden street has a good collection at display..in addition they have designs online which one can select and order.A neat and clean placeIts a small outlet at salt lake..does not have any temp checks or sanitization so you kindly carry your personal sanitizers

I am very much disappointed with Wooden Street. I booked one wardrobe on 17th June and I received it on Sep. Almost after 4 months. I had to follow up several times and every time support team told me that within 1 week it will get delivered. But after one week again I had to call them and then same statement used to come from them that with one week it will get delivered. After so many follow ups when I told them that I want to cancel my order and ask them to give my money back then they told me it is not possible as product is ready now. Then I had no other option else to wait. They told me then they will give some discount as the delivery got delayed. I got an email on 25th Aug that refund has been initiated and today is 11th of Sep I havent received any refund. I just got frustrated following up with wooden street. Planning to file a law suit against the company now if they are not going to pay the refund. This is so horrible experience I am facing. I still dont know they are going pay the refund or not. So much disappointing I must say!!!!!Order Id - 156632

We had purchased a storage furniture. The finishing of the product is of very bad class and may be not even worth of 1 rupee. They had asked to pay in advance for the delivery. Post delivery we had repeatedly called them to rectify the bad finishing but after multiple calls they replied that we have delivered so our responsibility ends there. Pathetic product with an even more pathetic customer support.

Wooden street online store has really good selection.But regarding this particular store you wont find everything. Its better to call them and check if what u r looking is available before giving the visit to their store.Rest they guide you well and very nice products.

Their staff from their head office made false promise that they will replace the drawers of my bed as it was not fitting in and the same never happened. Their product was when being rectified by their staff a big peice of wood came out as shown in pictures . ON THEIR WEBSITE THIER BACK END TEAM GIVES OUT REVIEW FOR THE PRODUCTS. THE PICTURES GIVEN IN THE REVIEW ARE THE ONES WHICH IS CLICKED BY THEIR STAFF WHO COMES AT YOUR HOUSE TO INSTALL.DONT trust THE PRODUCT REVIEWS ON THEIR WEBSITE.I was fed up and absolutely disgusted talking to KAMLESH who was suppose to deal my case. All he does is keep saying his side of story and will never listen out your issue... For compensation they offer 2 percent that is 900 bucks approx. First time I done online shopping and ordered lounge chair from wooden Street. I was really scared initially but overall my experience was great. I definately recommend you guys :) The chair is much better than other products which I was looking out at other shops. I call lot of times to their customer services about the product quality and about my delivery process but they were very helpful.

I purchased Adolph Bed Without Storage (King Size- Honey Finish). The product got delivered today. Unfortunately the head bed is damaged. It is an expensive bed. I need it replaced immediately. Kindly look into it.Update: it been 3 days nobody has turned up to polish. The customer care is hopeless. They keep saying we will send today but they don’t.

Went to buy products from wooden street but the experience was very disturbing the quality of staff is very bad.. they dont have basic knowledge for the product..for small enquiry they talk over the phone and even that lady over the phone could not give proper explanation about the product..really unimpressed with how they tackle their customers

Basically, you dont get anything special visiting the newly launched showroom in Kolkata. The person named Ritesh sitting out there books your preferred furniture online on your behalf which you always can do. He never bothers to take you through the shop nor he is of any help in terms of negotiation. Moreover, he expresses his inability in a manner that deters you to go for buying anything from here. Its actually waste if time visiting this studio.Unfortunately, I booked one furniture with lots of promise from this guy but after making 100% spot payment, he never picks up call, discussion or tracking of your consignment a distant reality! Its a pathetic customer experience overall. Hope, authority will take a note of such experience and do the corrective actions thereof.

Customer service is not up to the mark... I have purchased a bed, I have paid full amount over a month ago now, it has not been delivered to me yet and no body from the shop has given me a call with explanation... while Wooden Street is enjoying the internet of my money I have paid, I think the management should understand their priorities and provide good customer service....

Earlier, I was scared to buy furniture products from online stores. But my thinking got changed when I purchased this sofa set from Wooden Street. The guests and I found so comfortable and given a new look to my drawing room.

Trying to buy an Adolf bed. Still waiting to be delivered and its past 32days. The sales person Avinash has no clue as to if he can deliver within next 1 week. We specifically requested them as urgent as we dont have bed and sleeping on the floor which is very difficult in winter. Planning to file a law suit against the company if they dont deliver the product or refund the money. Terrible service.I just saw another review where customer has received a broken bed. So, in essence, bad product and bad service! What a combination.

Visited their Kolkata store today. It is a medium sized store having a few sofas, tables and chairs on display. However I went there for dining chairs but the one I saw on their website was not there. I asked if they could show me the upholstery material swatch in the store, they said it is not available. It is a must that you should keep material swatches in your store if you claim to manufacture customised furniture or something which is not on display in the store.

Very disappointed with the way they manage their delivery. I had ordered two products in the first week of July and I am yet to recieve them. There is no provision of tracking the order, one needs to wait for atleast ten minutes over the phone to ask the status of delivery. After each followup, they assure the product would be dispatched within two to three days and that time never comes. Very disappointed and would not recommend to anyone.

Have had a poor experience in terms of quality and post delivery service. I ordered and received a Della Sofa Bed. The quality of cushions and the cover was poor and it looked old and worn out.
