ITC Royal Bengal- The name itself defines what it is. The aesthetic of the hotel is great. The Grand staircase is of much attraction. Beautifully designed lobby with an essence of royalty in each and every aspect. Special mention about housekeeping. They are so prompt in delivering services. Outstanding service by them along with maintaining such clean and sanitized areas. 5 stars are not enough for it. Great job by the entire housekeeping team. My stay was really awesome. I like to explore food. So Specially the Restaurants attracted me a lot. Food was delicious. I loved their fish items. One should try here. And staffs from the Restaurant were very polite and skillful.

I would describe my stay as Luxury at its best. The palatial exterior structure matches up with the interiors. Clean rooms, awesome food and polite staff. Well sanitised and all safety protocols were adhered to.

Well maintained rooms, staffs are well behaved.The thing which made my stay better than others is the gym and pool as I always look for good gym equipment s which were there and they were maintaining the hygiene. Pool view was very good and the attendees behaviour was very nice..

I had a wonderful time! Has a different vibe. ❤️and its quite peaceful. We enjoyed the buffet lunch at the Grand Market Pavilion. Very reasonable and large varieties to choose from. The breakfast has a different variety of North Indian and South Indian Dishes. All covid protocols were being followed, the staff ensured everyone wore a mask.

Well maintained property. Rooms are spacious, All amenities available as well as bottled water throughout the stay. Breakfast spread was exceptional. One of the best Ive ever experienced. I would go back just for that.There was no points of inconvenience or discomfort. Staff have a wonderful eye for detail that makes everything so much better.

Serene, Sublime and a peaceful place. One of the early LEED platinum rated building which embraces sophistication yet in a very simplistic manner. The entry precinct does not give that much of an idea about the building as in comparison to ITC Royal Bengal and others. But as you move inside and start exploring the place its huge, royal and at a certain extent healing from the toxicity of the city. A huge central pond is the main reason which gives the earthly facade of the building its persona. And as usual, its a 7 star so staffs are professional and helpful. Services are great. A great place to empty your pockets completely for a little serene experience.
