I ordered a vanila cake before my friends birthday it was about 3kg the price was 3600.. They made it chocolate and the size is so small that we couldnt serve all our guests and taste was ridiculous..the upper layer is made by suger and nobody likes the cake..they just fraud us and before this one month ago i brought a chocolate moose from there and the moose was out of date and the cream tastes sour.. I told thdm to exchange it they denied and said you should have told us before, now as you have ate we cant do anything.. Please close the counter.. They are fraud.

Excellent quality of all cakes this shop has and very neat and clean shop. Near Subhash moidan and colony more,besides the NH34. This shop also serves snacks. Cakes taste is really awesome specially chocolate cakes.love this shop.♥️

Beware of their food. I bought chiken cheese balls , it was completely spoiled , fungus has growen inside. I have no idea how come authority is allowing them to sell food. This is a crime, how can they let customer eat such a bad food.

YesterdayI bought 3 red velvet cake from barasat colony more monginis outlet....For my child. After reaching home i had given to my wife to taste before my daughter ate. But then I noticed that it was totaly decompossed. I tried one after another but same result. Immediately informed coustomer care and told me to go the noted shop... After reaching the shop they changed all cake by another one. After reaching home the result was same.Again I reached the shop and told them why they did this. I told them to test it... after test they told me that no problem in the cake and also told me that the test of the cake is little sour. I know that the test of Cadbury cake is very sweet but they told another. They did not conface that they were wrong .

Foods like savoury and deserts are very very nasty taste, they sarved savoury food cold and told me that its just came from production house, nnothing make sense!!! very very disappointedAnd i tried tiramisu but i feel very sad because i wasted 45 rupees hard earned money on it, tested and smells like burning plastic sry to say Im a Chef in renounced property i can tell how shuld tiramisu taste like. Deserves 0 Stars.
