I rated it 4star. This a good place for veg food with so much variety. The restaurant is so well cleaned and decorated. Most important thing the cost is so affordable. I didn’t find such a restaurant in Kolkata.

One of the best places for casual snacks. Location, ambience... everything is a plus. Taste is good. Choices are very limited but thats not a surprise. For quick bite? Good. Heavy meal? No.

Very good place to hangout with family and friends. Ample seating on ground and first floor. Only vegetarian food and is self served. Their thalis are big hit on weekends. Situated on main road it can be easily found and has ample parking inside and outside.

Haldiram has got its own standard in context to hygiene n quality of food.. but after visiting this place, it was overcrowded.the food taste was below average.. hardly got a place to sit.. not worth

Too crowded to enjoy anything especially in the current circumstances. Food was good. Had raj kachuri and dosa. But the scarcity of seating made us wait for extra 15 minutes.

All food are so good bt my favourite is this💁🏼‍♀️and all staff also kind behaviour, seats also confront, and the best thing everyones can go there kids family couple best for birthday celebration or meeting etc etc....

One of the good vegetarian joints in the city. The only drawback is the impoliteness of some of the men who provide the food over the counter. Half of them seem distracted. Otherwise, nice way to spend an afternoon or night with your family gorging on their tasty dosas. The ground level section has mouth-watering sweets as an accompaniment to your meal albeit a bit costly than the local sweet shops.

Worse experience ever!!!! Gulab jamun was hard, chocolate milkshake did not have the chocolate, also, I have ordered milkshake with ice cream and there was no ice cream in it. Dahi vada did not have any taste, rak kachori dahi mein kanjusi, paneer uff sour..overall I would never ever visit this place again..

Haldiram Food City is located in the ballygaunge area just on the main road.. the 1st 2 floors are from Haldiram where you will get delicious good items from the house of Haldiram.. on the above floors there is another famous veg restaurant, a big banquet hall and some office spaces..

Haldiram Food City was a good place to relax as I had about 4 hours before my flight. The food is good, its very clean and all the precautions are being taken regarding the pandemic. The staff is welcoming and there are a lot of options to chose from, both in food items and sweets. You wont get traditional Bengali sweets (like Sandesh) there though. For that theres a shop just 5 mins (walking distance) away from the Food City.

My all time favorite hangout place with family & friends.. I have been coming to this place for ten to twelve years and I am always impressed with their food & tea . Very friendly staff & you can sit here & talk for hours without getting disturbed

The best places for Chats and Sweets all across India and this outlet is not less. Do try the Dhokla, Puchka, Papdi Chat, Kachori Chat, Batata Chat. The place is divided into 2 sections ground floor has sweets and drinks. Top floor for savouries.

Haldiram Food City is the largest outlet of Haldirams. The environment, location, staff and service is absolutely great.But, the lassi we had was quite thin and sourish. The Raj kachori was okay but the kachori chaat was too less of a quantity for the price.Parking is available inside their premises for Rs. 30/hour.On a personal note, I would greatly recommend you to have the same items at Gupta Brothers. The quality is a lot better over there.

Its a food court as well as it has banquets where every events are performed. Its have different types of foods like snacks and its specially vegetarian. I like the place.

Please avoid going to this disgusting and unhygienic place. Employees have no sense of cleanliness. All food stays in open. My entire family got diarrhea after eating here. Bathrooms were dirty and disgusting. Please please please, do not eat here. We were lucky, we just got diarrhea. The way these disgusting people maintain the place even after pandemic, they will surely kill people.

Maine suna tha haldiram ka food bahot acha hai quality food hota hai. But when I visited and I ordered one veg pizza(small size 120rs) ,chole bhatore,(1 plate with 2 pice small size 130rs) cold coffee(150ml 130rs), hot coffee (small 40rs) this all I ordered but test was very worst no test in any item even from local shop chole bhatore would be good and testy.over all I did not like any thing . I visited first and last time now I will never go again. The name would be #bakwasram.Strongly I am suggesting you dont buy pizza in haldiram it is just bread.

Very poor experience. Many dishes on menu not available. Not really a veg restaurant as everything has onion and garlic. Water is not served and mineral water bottle to be purchased. No glasses on table. Plates are not washed properly and food marks remain visible.

In a single word you can call it food mall. Most of the veg foods are available here with beverages and snacks along with tea or coffee 😋.

It was my first visit .. heard a lot about haldirams Raj kachori ... Idk if its Normal or not but it was cold as hell ... Like they just took it out from fridge.. it almost made me vomit ... Why the hell its that cold !!

The food quality was good. However they didnt have enough fans in the vicinity and so it was sweating. The facility had a rest room in average condition.

A good place to have some snacks. But have to wait for the food. It would be better if they would make some effort to enhance their efficiency.

They do not have the capacity to handle large crowd. Because of the crowd the temperature inside rose but they did not turn on the ac. The staff misbehaved when I asked for my order as he was constantly fulfilling the orders of those who came at last. They are not following any covid 19 norms. No social distance is there and tables are not sanitized.Coming to food, we took chinese combo, extra salad, masala dhokla, coffee and fountain (cold drinks). Quantity was okay but quality was not good. In the Chinese combo, chilli potato was not fresh. Veg manchurian and salad was extra hot and spicy. Only coffee and masala dhokla was good.So I can only recommend chat, bhel etc Indian snacks form here. And please try to visit when its less crowded.

Place is good for sitting but youve to take your order yourself by standing in front of the counter and they take longer time as usual.

Neat and clean food shop prepared with variety of Sweet items. They have cookies and chanachur item too. Big show room and more option to choose. Toilets are usable. Staffs are co-operative and fast.

Management people are just good for nothing... Just knows to earn money... A ring ceremony booking was there none of them had mask... A lady went and complained to the Floor Manager he didnt had the decency to go and ask them to wear Mask... Point is this NO COVID PROTOCOLS WERE FOLLOWED... Good food as always ! Very spacious and a great place to hangout for friends and couples. The only thing I didnt like is parking charges even for Haldirams customer in the their own parking.
