Worst Place: This place is now a days providing worst Bengali Food. The quality has degraded to its utmost level. The foods were so tasteless that we cannot explain.We had fish fry. The fish fry was crunchy but the stuffing was so thin that it was like we were eating biscuit for rupess 160.The moong dal was so tasteless and Infact the preparation was having un-proportionate salt.Last but not the least the DAB CHINGRI was worst. We know that the preparation is cooked inside the dab or green coconut but here it was cooked and poured inside the dab! We ordered non spicy one but the recipe was not at all cooked properly. In fact the a wacky smell of massed coconut was coming out.Infact the quality of the plain rice was really very unpleasant and tasteless.A big No to all bengali food lovers.RegagrdsThe Foodie Monsters

C/o Bengali was used to be a true hidden gem at Hatibagan. But now their service and management became really pathetic. They will serve you drinking water after 10 to 15 mins also after repetitive request. And they take minimum 30 mins to serve food after your order. Now coming to Food. Food although is super tasty. Specially Sundari Chicken , Cox Bazar Murgi, Fish Finger, Mutton Dakbungalow But quantity is not so sufficient according to price. Nice and cozy ambience.

Yesterday I had visited their hatibagan branch which is located just opposite to star theater.•Ambience of this place is very nice with beautiful wooden structures and chair tables and lots of wall hanging which all related our bengali culture.• This outlet is spacious and they have seating arrangement of more or less 30 people at once.• I had tried Fish Polau with Kadai mutton and Gajorer Halwa. Taste was just amazing.•Fish Polau had lots of chunks of vetki. Which all were properly cooked. Taste was just yummylicious. Must try this.•Along with this Kadai mutton was too delicious and flavourful. It had 3 pieces of mutton. Mutton was so soft and infused with spices. It was Little spicy but too much tasty and yummy.• In dessert section I had tried Gajorer Halwa. Which was too good in taste. You love this.• Quantity and quality of each item was enough and upto the mark. Service is fast and staffs are courteous and helped us to choose the right item. Prices are appropriate according to the quality and quantity of food.• I had a superb experience here. The food of this place is so good. The things is that for 2 people the rice quantity is little low..And if you are giving daal then give a bajha item..We bengali use papad with chuntny.. and this is a last item..But quality is good.. Tasty..Add a item which you called prothom pate..Means saak or posto item..

This is the place where we go for lunch on the day Astomi for some Bengali cuisine. They have some special Buffet menu for the puja days. This year we have tried a Non veg Buffet, there are veg options also,and the items are really tasty. There are total 14 items costing Rs. 700/-. Quality and quantity both are good. They also provide disposable utensils at this time and no extra cost.

This place is just beside Hatibagan signal and not at all hard to find. I was there last week and really enjoyed my time there. We ordered a bengali non-veg thali along with some garlic nan and chicken dish which I forgot the name of. We also had bhetki dish as starters. For the thali they dont have any fried item so we ordered Jhuri alu bhaja. The thali is great. We love all the dishes including Pabda shorshe and Golda chingrir Malaikari. We do have some issues with the dal, it was bit runny and watery. The tomato chatny also have the same issue, very runny consistently. Other dishes were really good.For dessert we ordered Caramel Custerd, it was ok.Over all its a nice place for the people who loves Bengali food.

Not so good. The quality is not upto mark and the waiters doesn’t keep a note of the table. But I would say must try items are- chanar kopta,polau,payeah,chicken resala,luchi and deserts. The ambiance is good. If you are searching for quality bengali food then bhojohori manna is good,but if low price and quantity is your priority you may visit here.

Located right on the hatibagan crossing this restro is a to go to place if you want to enjoy bengali food. The restro is multi cusine serves chinese and tandoori food along with bengali food. But Ive only tried bengali food here the multiple time i have visited. The decor of the place is neat and tidy and has huge glass windows to make the best view of the hatibagan crossing and let in lots of natural lights. The food was excellent and resonably priced and filling. The chefs choices and the staff recommendations of the combinations are good. The food service time is a bit long but considering the fact that bengali food is a bit complicted to make is worth the wait. Would revisit the place and must visit if you are hungry and in the neighbourhood.

You can miss it easily.It is next to their fast food counter on the ground floor.Take the stairs to the first floor and voila, you are there.Youll like the ambience with its faux wooden beams and decorated ceiling. The staff are courteous and the food excellent. Time taken between order and service tends to be a bit on the long side. But then, that means freshly prepared food. Cant have everything you know.Bengali food is truly authentic in taste.Quality is excellent though the portions of the non veg menu is a little on the smaller direction in size.We like the restaurant. Chicken tandoori was not that tasty as the put price on it - too much chili, not much smokiness as you expect. Above all, their service was disappointing, unprofessionally managed, table was not cleaned properly, fly in the glass water, mosquitoes, flies make you feel totally wasted money.

We have ordered 2 Mutton biryani.. but we got a piece of mutton where mutton was not there.. we have informed also that we only got bone not mutton, after that also restaurant didnt change that piece and it was really surprising that no staff were ready to serve us.. we have spent Rs.420 for rice and egg ( 2 Mutton Biryani) . If you want to destroy your time then you can visit this restaurant. Really very disappointed with food quality and staff behaviour.

The place is good. But the behavior of the servers are not good. They did not even offer a glass of water. They even removed the plates from table. This was really an offended work. After placing order they treated well. But this is not humanity. We had to say multiple times to get a glass of water.

The mutton kasha is very delicious specially tastes heavenly when paired with plain rice.. Bt the chinese food is not so good.. The fried rice smelled like rice starch and it was basmati rice which is not used in chinese recipies.. I went there during puja and had to wait for 1hour on the table for the food to be served.. The fish had a piece to batter-coated paneer instead, though when reported the staff changed that one piece with four pieces of fish which was very courteous of them..

I was visited on 22.10.2019 at evening....Me and my friend was there....we order 1 mix hot and sour soup and 1 tandoori roti and 1 plate chanar kopta.....those dishes are really awesome....service was so good...behavior of the staffs are very very nice....The soup was so good...ingredients of soup was so fresh... Chanar kopta was so good and the gravy was very testy...I will recommend this restaurant to all. They have 3 types menu profile 1. Tandoori 2. Bengali Cuisine 3.
