The place was not crowded when I was visiting...I went there for my phones battery and screen issues. The employees are very helpful , polite. My problem was solved within 2 hours as promised. I personally visited there previously also..and results was the same as expectation... SatisfiedSupportive staff on-site. Good Behaviour. Quick response and solutions of problems provided. I have excellent experience in this service center.Last time I visited there for the problem of my Honor 10 touch pad. Unfortunately The technician broke back glass of my phone, which costs nearly Rs.1800. But they replaced a new black glass with free of cost.They only claimed Rs 3100 for changing touch pad, display, front and side cover with a brand new battery. They are very honest and trustable. Their humble behaviour is their identity. I will highly recommend this service center.

Recently i have visited the huewai service center at ganeshchandra avenue, kolkata. the staff of this center are very polite, understanding. but erned an awkward experience about their terms and conditions. i was there for servicing a smartwatch which was under warranty period. when i shows the technician my watch they asked me to provide the purchased document. in their quary i shows them my purchased bil. after that they asked me for the contener box of this watch and sayes it is urgent for the service! why the box is urget!

The administration and professionalism was awesome. They maintained social distancing strictly and were very polite. My device (honor view 20) was physically damaged due to repeated fall and they did thorough evaluation and told me about the necessary repairs needed in detail. No unnecessary procedures were done and they returned my mobile in brand-new-like condition within 2 hours.P.S. - i am writing this review after using repaired mobile for 2 weeks. No problems till now.

Very friendly, cordial. Every person sitting there are well mannered and happy to help nature. Sitting arrangements are really good. Very less time taken for major repairs also which will save your valuable time. Engineers are really good at their work and ofcourse you will get genuine spares here. Spare parts charges are really low comparing to other brands. Sometimes during offer they waive labour charges as Ive been in offer period and got free repair, only paid spare costs.

Giving 5 star for their polite behaviour and good service.. Technical guy also good.. he told you what to do or not ro do.. I have changed my honor 9n display, they changed it including metal frame without no extra charges.. I have paid only display charged & the service cost which has shown in hicare app & also got 6 month warranty. So big thanks to thir team.

The place is just after Axis Bank and a pharmacy.On second floor. Road side parking mostly unavailable. Place is cool. AC. Not crowdy. People are gentle, sober, well behaved, helpful. They have experts. Drinking water available for public. They also attend phone call in a nice manner.

They are strictly maintaining Covid guidelines. Prompt service and the person was kind and willing to listen. They charged the proper price for the service.

They charge hugely for repairing mobile phones and the worst part is: at first they will take your phone for investigating what is actually wrong with it, then they will give the estimated budget for repairing the same (which will be obviously more than 10k😑) and will ask you if youre ready to pay that much amount, at that time if you say you dont want to repair it then to get your phone back from them you have to pay them a money (for investigation 😂😑).. This is so disgusting 😒The amount they demand for repairing, you can buy another new phone with that money 😂😂😑

Very bad service center, first they take your phone and restore it without getting your permission and before taking your phone they say if we open it you that may take charges and if you dont want to repair it you have to give money & they dont take your opened phones responsibility either your doesnt opening and the workers are too lazy to do their job. And there is only one lady worker and all male workers are flirting that female either they are senior citizen

The behaviour of the staffs are good. They replaced my Honor 8x battery and now it works flawlessly. The only negative thing which I experienced is the waiting time which is almost 4 hours to change my phones battery and another thing I would like to mention that its better to visit alone as they are not allowing more than 5 people inside their office. Also get ready to stand outside for 3 to 4 hours as there is no place to sit outside.

Excellent service! Display screen of my Honor view 10 was broken. My family and friends insisted for a new phone. But I was so happy with the phone, I wanted to change the display and luckily the black colour was available. Only downside is from the Huawei Honor, they sell the display unit as a combo with the battery, causing the price to increase! The service centre is very responsive over the phone, quick to attend my problem and super fast in delivering the ready unit in just 1 hour and 15 minutes. And yes, they are maintaining all the Covid protocols. Thank you guys....

The service was prompt and amazing. The issue was solved. But some of the front desk staff need to learn to respect and interact with the customer properly. I was being blatantly ignored when I raised some doubts. This made me leave with a sour taste and thus 3 stars.Tip - Make sure to go in early on in the day as they usually dont prefer to deposit your device.

Honor 7x phone purchases from Amazon, after 15 days I find a crack on the phone, and then I visit this service center they need Rs.4000 for repair. Please check this photo. This crack made automatically. Honor web site clearly say that the glass is Gorilla, then why I find crack without happening any accident.

They are not customer friendly. Most of the spare parts are not available. Or replace from the junk.

They try to cheat you by telling that some parts are not there.. You have to pay for that.. I just wanted to replace my broken screen bt they were saying that motherboard has to be changed too otherwise screen cant be changed. Then I asked to return the phn.. They took a lot of time to return my phn n that too with more screen damage..

Very poor service. As i visited today for repair of broken screen of my Huawei Y9 Prime. Only upper screen damaged, touch is working and other fuction perfectly working.First they asked need to pay 6200 after that said need to pay 1900 if any damage happened while opening and parts cost extra. It seems they dont have trained person or they dont know how to open the phone.Very poor service and unprofessional employees...

They denied warranty of Honor pad 5, which they claim to be bent, though it never fell to the ground while I was using it, nor they were able to show the bent. They just said, and thats it. Now, i am stuck with this phone having display problems which they will not fix until a large sum of money is paid, beacuse the warranty is so called void, which I dont see how.... I dont think they ever provide servicing without money, they will always have something to say regarding how the phone is not under warranty due to various reasons, and claim money whatsoever. Pathetic service.

My device honor view 20,I had this head phone jack connector pin problem, the pin was misplaced and the sound at times was coming at times wasnt coming properly, the solution was simple to place the pin properly, but the customer service people said that its your own risk to submit the phn beacuse it may happen the phone wont work properly after tha. t I even asked them to let me talk to an engineer but they didnt let me do that. we take the phone to its service centre so that there is no risk. But huawei services are very poor so i would advice not to take any huawei or honor product because if it gets any problem then you device is gone

Went here to get phone screen repaired.Just opposite LIC building in Chandni Chowk, next to Blue Print Pharmacy.In this time of Covid19, they have maintained correct procedures. Regarding servicing, everything explained stepwise. Costing and estimation provided beforehand.They took just under an hour to replace my screen. Very helpful staff. Cheers.

Wait time is too long approx 2 hr. My honor 7x had some GPS navigation issue, at last they solved it. But I was quite surprised when one of their employee was forcing me to give them excellent feedback scores. You dont need to beg or force people to give you nice rating if you perform good work. For instance my device was ready and lying in front of them for 15 mins and it is because of his callousness I didnt get it early. So check these things then hope for good rating.

Very unprofessional. Despite me being the 2nd person in the center that day (and there are 3 technicians apart from 3 at the front desk), they took 4.5 hrs to change battery. And please do a factory reset yourself before handing over your phone. Otherwise they will first give good rating to themselves from your phone before resetting your phone.

The service centre has state-of-the art facilities. The technicians are very well behaved and cooperative. I received a good response from them.On 09.9.2020 I visited this service center for repair of my 6x mobile phone with cracked LCD & other issues. They very promptly & efficiently addressed my issues with moderate charge. The staff were very cordial to me. I was very satisfied to be there. And they did every screening before entering there in the context of recent pandemic situation. Thanks a lot to everybody there.
