This season I got mens wear better than before. Didnt find ladies wear collection to be that great and the prices look higher.

Price at BF is not so much reasonable as nd moreover the people working there are not so much professional as they should be being the helping hand for every product. Maybe the staff is not at all trained for it or else for being given less salary, they are not that much attentive to help each and every customer who visited at the store. Positive side is there is free parking zone inside for 2 and 4 wheeler and it is attached close to the main road(DH Road). As a local visitor it is a nice place for hangout and shopping close to my house.

Place is good. It is in the inside road to Taratala, which is parallel to DH road. It has stair at the entrance. Collection wasnt very intriguing though. Offers were great. Maybe they will bring new stock around Durga Puja 2021. AC was working well. Store closes now a days around 8PM.

If you are looking for a quality product, this place is not absolutely made for you. Keeping the price high, setting amazing so called offer, they are providing poor quality, old and defective products.

I rushed to the store, bought a pack of 3 socks and when I returned home, it turned out that the brand (as well as the quality) of one pair was different than the other two. I expect better from these stores.

In Behala Brand factory there are many many varieties of Item..Even the staff of this section are also very much cooperative with customers.. Even I am specially thankful to one of staff Mr.Chayan Debnath, who help me too shot out the product when I was confused, even he was very much help me out of this confusion about the quality with his adequate knowledge for product. All no so popular and popular brands under one roof. Quality is doubtful in comparison to price. Please check and then buy. For a bag I purchased, the Salesman said 3 years warranty. I asked for warranty card he said it will be given at time of payment and when I asked for warranty card after bill payment the salesman quickly changes to 3 months verbal warranty.

The store has good and variety of stocks, sales staffs were courteous and helpful enough. Special mention for Anjan Bhattacharjee who helped us for the entire shopping period, it was so nice since we had a 5 month baby with us.

Agreed that this place is not meant for big brands with high prices - it is targeted for the mass. If you are little bit confused that the outlet offers other brands product, Brand Factory tries to promote its own brand BF - not others with lots of discounts. But there are some articles whose price tags were covered with stickers - as a result the staff at the cash counters are quite confused with their exact price - this is not a fair business practice at all..

Today I visited this outlet. They are displaying a offer in all places, even announcing the same that above net bill value of 4000 & above extra 20% off will be there. But they are claiming during billing that this offer is not applicable on baggage items. But in display no where it is mentioned. This is totally a fraud business. This shop is all time cheating with customers in different ways. Even they are distributing gift vouchers which is not applicable on each items. Too much hidden conditions are there which they are not mentioning on the display. Guys, this store is very bad.
