Have been here a couple of times on occasion of family events in the banquet halls. Food is good, not too spicy and healthy something we loved and admired.

Very good. Staff is very polite and attention to detail. Food is awesome, worth staying in this hotel. We had organised our marriage ceremony over here. The event coordinator is quite helpful and ran the different errands very smoothly without any hassle.

Bar is too small to arrange a group. Peoples are speaks very loudly without caring about fellow customer and management do not really think in this regard.

Pathetic is an underword. PleAse never trust them . We went way before to book a banquet and that was free at that point . Their staff named Puja had a thorough discussion with us and told us since ur event is after a month you don’t book now as 16000 rs won’t get refunded. If any bookings come we l let you know. Now after 10 days we go to pay the amount and book as we have already planned n even invited few . But to our utter surprise the hall had been already booked .Puja left the job and there r no records of our meeting on that day. She had never transferred the informations to the next one. The staffs were not at all sorry about what all happened and the harassment we went through.. They rather r asking us to come and contact again tomorrow. They don’t even have a manager in the hotel to manage all these problems.. please avoid this unprofessional place. There r other better places where u can conduct ur events . Third class

Our stay at The Sonnet Hotel was quite wonderful. The room was clean and well sanitised. The breakfast buffet served had a variety of options with good taste. However one thing that disappointed us was that we had ordered outside food for dinner through Zomato, which was refused to be sent to our room and we had to collect the order by ourself. Otherwise the overall experience was good.

The rooms were neat and clean. Service personnel wore masks all thr time. The food was also good . Overall a pleasant stay.The room comfort.

Yes the place has great ambiance. It has 3 categories of rooms starting from 2600/2900/3500 per night including breakfast. They have a pool and gym for people who have quite an active lifestyle. The breakfast is in a buffet system and has good amount of options available. Also as the hotel is just 25-30 minutes away from the airport, yes it is located in sector 1 of salt lake, it has better accessibility as compared with other existing hotels. The staff is also quite helpful and pro active.I am giving 4 star because of price charged and services provided.

I have a lovely stay over here. Very nice hotel. A genuine 4 star hotel. Room is absolutely awesome. It has almost all the facilities in the room, starting from mini fridge, iron with iron table, coffee maker, and all the other important ingredients.The complementary breakfast is absolutely brilliant. I had an excellent time.

The experience was good but not great. Staffs were polite and supportive however I felt otherwise sometimes during my stay. Breakfast was great. Room was clean and bit cozy. Housekeeping staffs were supportive too however last day of my stay I faced some issues with towels, keycard etc. and they took much longer than usual after informing them about it. Overall I enjoyed my stay. Hope if I get a chance to stay again they give much less chance to complain.

THE BEST IN CLASS!!! I highly recommend this place.It is rare that you find such hospitality at Hotels around the world these days. I am a traveller and had to visit most international cities and stay in big or small every type of hotels.I chose, the Sonet for a marriage occasion with limited guests, after 2nd wave of covid was almost over at India in the.month of July 2021.Being in Indian marriage with less number of hands to support for various errands can be pretty gruesome and I challenged hotel staffs regularly with incidentals at certain odd hours where fulfilment of the request could have been impossible.To my wonder, most of the times, the hotel staff was able to fulfil mine and guest requests.I would not say that the rooms have great view outside but they are not bad as well.FOOD? I would say the chef know the culture of the land very well. We asked for traditional home cooked food during our stay, and the food was unbelievably homely and they understand the culinary special needs.I would like to thank the management, starting with Mr. Abhishek, Miss Pooja who helped me to choose the menu. I also thank the management for encouraging the staff to go above and beyond to make customers life happy. Every staff I meet from room service person to doorman security very courteous and keep track of little details.I will always ask friends and colleagues to go for this place for occasion upcoming.

An event with 90 people had problems with ventilation and air conditioning. Hotel staff and event organisers had no communication between them. Clean and comfortable locarion but experience of staff was questionable

The stay was amazing. Hygiene was maintained. The room was neat and clean. The staff was very courteous. The complimentary breakfast was very good as it contained a variety of options.There was a separate chair and table for work to be done. And the WiFi connection was good.

This is the most worth it at its price point. Staff is super accommodating, and were very understanding about a glitch in the nearbuy app. The buffet spread has few dishes but of good quality and a more interesting variety than most. Starters are amazing. Desserts are also less quantity, but great quality, especially the mudcake. Decor is great. The salads and dressings are all very interesting. Ive been here twice and the spread available has been different each time, the effort they put into this is impressive.

It was a grand experience to be in the Sonnet for my sisters reception. Well maintained, hygienic, Covid Measures taken while allowing visitors to enter. The interior decorations were awesome. The paintings were superb. The hallroom was quite spacious.

We went for the weekday LUNCH buffet and brought this from nearbuy app at ₹1266 for two.Okay guys , if you have watched different vloggers who have shown you a huge buffet spread with a lot of items on the menu. Tooooo goood chicken wings (the worst I have ever had)When we asked about the live barbeque section, they said it is not there for lunch??? I mean why are you cheating your customers?? You have mentioned in the menu that the buffet has the bar bq section and what I see is nothing ....Anyway, we took the main course plates and proceeded for the horrible main course 😊😊1. Visitors should keep in mind, there is no parking facilities for vehicles. Road side parking is available if you are fortunate enough. Dining and lobby area is not at all upto the expectations. Food quality is not worth having. Have to improve a lot.

Courteous staff, good service, quality food. Dessert section was the highlight of this buffet. Dont forget to try their pan fried veg momos. It was really good.

Very nice hotel that was close to the centre of town. We were there for only 4 days but the hotel was very accommodating to anything we needed and had a very nice room service along with stellar breakfasts. The staff is very friendly and understanding if there are any issues whatsoever.

Very good stay for business travel

We booked this place through the Nearbuy app. The app had great offers so the buffet was pocket friendly.Coming back to the food, the variety of items available was vast but taste was lacking. Most of the items were heavily seasoned and it ruined our palate.The only savior was the mutton biryani, the taste of which was divine! I was quite full by the time I tasted it, so couldnt have my heartful.The restaurant is kid friendly and the staffs are also helpful.

Worst experience. Food quality and taste is not good. Management is not capable to handle buffet. During the buffet time you need to ask for food item, then only you will get food. Even this corona situation , they allow every one to collect food with his own hand. No care about social distancing, sanitation. In one word, please dont go here in this corona situation. It is simply wastage of money. Not sure how they claim a 4 🌟 hotel.

Visited this place few days backLittle bit disappointed with the management as we almost waited more than 1hourWe went for a buffet which was available on nearby and the price was 996/- for two personsThey failed to provide us all the items that was not expected at allFailed to provide us mutton,soup,veg itemsDidnt provide us all the deserts those were already mentioned in the menu.And they told us that they didnt face that huge crowd before that why the problem was created!Dont know what kind of management that was🙄

The starters are fine, however the main course quality is completely opposite.The food quality deteriorates as the time passes by and by the time you are about finish your meal, you may have to regret going to this place.The management is hardly capable of handling crowd during buffet offerings causing unnecessary delay and chaos.

One of the worst experiences of my life . Bad management system . Had to wait two hours to get a table even when we had pre-booked our buffet. And even in this time of corona virus we had to share our table or else we had to head back home. Service was worse . They didnt provide us any regular water . Said we had to buy regular water . Never in my experience have I ever encountered a restaurant who charge money for regular water. The food was tasteless. Few of my chicken pieces were even raw and were undercooked. The mutton wasnt properly cooked either. The confectionery was decent . The chicken and the lasagna were terrible !! Had to ask the staff a thousand times to get a napkin . No napkins on the table !!!! Over all Id never ever prefer this restaurant to any one in my life. Dont go to this restaurant. I can assure you itll be a waste of your money . Worse experience. Never expected this from a so called 4 star hotel.

The chicken used for all the items were stale. When I reported it to the live counter guy, he just asked to have other items. Didnt expect such kind of behavior from a 4 star buffet.

The food in lunch buffet had a good variety. Starting from a variety of breads, salads, sauces, continental and indian. The starters are served on the table and the main course as well as desert is buffet. The desert is good, tiramisu, if available, is delicious.

With two kids I felt the warmth of The Sonnet hotel from the word go. Kudos to management for hiring such compassionate staff from the guards to the reception counter(an extra star for Ms. Niharika🤗) to the dining area. Room quality excellent and so is the elaborately laid down buffet breakfast (an extra star again ). So we stayed in a 7 star hotel. Wishing that I see a chain of this hotel in all the major cities of India and may be abroad with same hospitality and quality. Thanks

We had:●Egg Pakoda●Chicken Tandoori●Fish Fry●Aloo Mashed Pakoda●A Paneer starter●Corn Spring RollYou also have a good spread in main course, we got Mutton Biriyani. The desert section is also attractive with Brownie Cake, Gulab Jamun or Rosogolla, Strawberry Moose and Ice Cream.Overall, we got the buffet at Rs.550 booked from nearbuy.

The staff was courteous, the room service at night was a bit slow although they apologised for it as they were attending to a function at the hotel. Apart from that, the stay was pretty great ğŸ‘

Had been for a buffet dinner with my friend using a coupon which priced it at Rs. 500 per pax. Provided sanitised cutlery. The spread was quite good. You must taste the Mutton Curry. The dessert items can have more of Indian delicacies. Beyond the set items in the menu, a bottle of water costs Rs. 130 (approx.); a glass of Fresh Lime Soda costs Rs. 125 (approx.) which seemed expensive.

Bad option for business stays.No proper JAIN food, half cooked food and staff dont understand instructions properlyWe travel for business and came for the stay but no one attends food orders properly, restaurant is mostly closed due to wedding events as there is no seperate place for events and the entrance and the restaurant is engaged with all the crowd. If in room dining is ordered, food comes after 40-50mins, sometimes cold or half cooked. Basic food like jain chutney and jain tomato soups also not available.Ordered received and after several mins they are partially refused.
